Oct 01,2021I appointed JMW (Sam Healy / Catherine O’Rourke) to assist me with a personal matter. From the outset the advice, the support and guidance was second to none. Their subject expertise and in depth knowledge of the legal process gave me great confidence and comfort that I was working with the right team. During a two year process their desire to reach the right outcome was clear and demonstrated by hours of work and diligence. In the end the right outcome was achieved and I cannot be more grateful.

Sep 30,2021After being accused of money laundering I contacted jmw solicitors I dealt with Sam who was honest and professional and went into great detail with my defence case. Sam appointed a barrister who specialises in money laundering cases whilst on a two week trial the barrister was fantastic giving me confidence when I was feeling down eg (my aim is for you to walk out of that door) which is exactly what happened when the jury returned with not guilty. Jmw solicitors did a fantastic job for me I would recommend them to everyone.

Lucy acted for me in my claim for medical negligence which led to a detached retina . Lucy was very professional throughout , keeping me updated every step of the way , explaining things I wasn’t too sure of , and giving me reassurance all the way through . She is a lovely person , kind , caring and thoughtful , and I will be forever grateful to her , in securing for me , compensation way higher than I ever imagined I would receive. She looked after me through out the process with so much compassion and was always available when I wanted to discuss something. So, when the time came to sell my old property, I did not hesitate to reach out to JMW for their services. Again, another excellent service provided, especially when faced with difficult circumstances involving the buyer's conveyancy team and their lack of communication and professionalism. Noordin and Sundus consistently provided timely and effective updates and were relentless in their pursuit to have my property completed. Sundus played a pivotal role and was always efficient to have the relevant paperwork completed and submitted on time as well as receive my calls and discuss any issues that arose. I highly recommend JMW Solicitors and especially, Noording and Sundus to anyone wishing to sell a property.

Aug 12,2021UPDATE: Breda, the partner, has just come off the phone with me and has given me reassurance that communication will improve, and that our target date for completion is still possible. Thank you Breda. INITIAL POSTING - 1 Star. I chose JMW from my lenders panel. Things were going quite well until when I had to change lenders, and my work was transferred to another team It’s been downhill since then - queries not raised at all on my purchase despite the promise of doing of this from 11 July.Today is 12 August and queries have not been raised to the seller's solicitors. The replies on queries on my sale have been haphazard, with the buyers solicitors coming back with unresolved queries after two weeks, when I had supplied most of the information within 30 mins of receiving the email. I am facing the prospect of missing the stamp duty deadline as everything is snail pace. I wish I had gone for a local firm. It’s really poor service. Jan Makara was excellent at the start of the process. I cannot say the same of other team members. I have raised the issue with the Partner and await to see the outcome.

I received several injuries and as I am a woman in my seventies, it was a truly horrific experience. I decided to claim for personal injury. On recommendation I used JMW Solicitors. Aug 06,2021I contacted JMV in relation to seeking help on a Visa application thinking I knew what I needed, but unsure of best course of action. One of their partners offered an initial consultation, and during that very informative and honest conversation they came up with a new solution that was much better than the original plan. After that I signed up with them and they were efficient, friendly and timely in executing the application on my behalf. This is the first time I have used a solicitor, but I would be hard pressed to consider using a different agency. I give JMV a solid 10 out of 10.
