Jul 29,2021It took some courage for me to contact JMW (Angharad Hughes) about my CES experience but I was so glad I made the call. It was clear from the outset that Angharad has a wealth of expertise in this field and she shows such a genuine concern for her clients. I was kept informed at every stage of the process and Angharad was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Every medical report was explained in detail and with sensitivity. The outcome and settlement far exceeded my expectations and I can now take back control of my life with adaptations and rehabilitation. I found her to be extremely professional whilst showing an appropriate level of empathy and understanding of the medical negligence case we were pursuing. My emails were always replied to quickly and telephone calls received when expected. My experience of JMW has been very positive which is a reflection of Rachaels' standard of service.

Jul 21,2021I contacted JMW about my clinical negligence case after reading the great reviews online and I have not been disappointed. Jodie Miller has looked after me during the four years it has taken to agree on an out of court settlement. Jodie has always made herself available if there was anything I needed/wanted to discuss and has kept me fully informed. She has also been supportive during the process and I'm not sure I could have done this without her! Thank you very much Jodie. Happy with the outcome and I would not hesitate to recommend Jodie and JMW

Jul 16,2021Fabulous service from start to finish I used JMW Solicitors in Manchester for the sale of one property and the purchase of another I was given Jenna Hogan as my solicitor she is part of the Real Estate Residential Team at JMW…I can not recommend her highly enough she was incredibly thorough with everything from start to finish I would definitely not hesitate to use her services and the JMW again.

Jul 07,2021Using the legal services provided by JMW was able to take control of my rental property again, and ultimately reached an agreeable outcome at mediation for a rent to rent dispute, saving further costs of going to court and further stress and time being taken. Neli and Emily were professional throughout, and David provided me with first rate representation. Would not hesitate to use again.

Jul 04,2021Absolutely dreadful. The house conveyancing department have clearly taken on far too many cases and can’t cope. Communication was non existent throughout until the very last minute which meant our completion date was delayed. Cut off numerous times when calling the office number. Senior members of staff not returning calls for weeks. Completion statements wrong. Will never ever use again.

Jun 22,2021Awful. Got charged £900, no palpable help, delayed and then asked for £1100 more within 3 hours or they would remit. It's a rip-off. Avoid this firm! I hired them for employment settlement. They delayed matters until the very last moment and then asked for more money. Now I have to represent myself in a hearing tomorrow. Avoid this firm at all costs!
