Feb 03,2022Ben Wilson was amazing . My inheritance act claim was small compared to many , but Ben knew how life changing a win would be for me and went all out to achieve a fair settlement for me without the stress of having to face going to court . I highly recommend Ben and JMW .

During the sentencing of my motoring offence Mr Uddin presented my exceptional circumstance to the court professionally emphasised clearly why I need my license and today I have 18 points on my license but I am not on a ban!

Jan 28,2022.... by awful neighbours saw me arrested by Police. In cells for 18 hours after months of nightmares with my new neighbours - a "family business, with family values" too... as it says on their blurb. Criminal - nope - ATM, I have a few points on my licence and that's it, so to have felt like half the Police Force, Fire Brigade, Ambulances etc from Merseyside descend on me - EVEN AFTER I'd reported an harrasment and ABH's against me to Police - I've had blood drawn, ribs / fingers dislocated / broke and bruises over, with supporting evidence etc But Police decided to put me through the mill as a SUSPECTED TERRORIST was the most horrific of events, not least as I am retired person with cancer and C-PTSD - theclatter not helped through my work in Africa and Middle East, even an attempted suicide, was how low I'd been. My neighbours knew all this and played on it - after trying for 7 months, they finally did their best on me and my nightmare went nuclear - not least as I was driven "over the water", 2 hours from home THANKFULLY, I had need of solicitors in the past, which touched on my medical / health conditions etc these solicitors were JMW of Manchester. Sahar Handford and Elisha Kaur have been fantastic in the past, the Judge at Crown wasn't best pleased with Police and CPS's barrister on this occasion. Regardless, on this specific trunped ip terrorism occasion, a couple of hours from home, no money, no phone, so asked Police if I could ring Sahar in desperation at daft o'clock. Shortly after, at dafter o'clock, a Mr. Steve Rollinson of JMW turns up - talk about service. But JMW didnt just put a legal bum on a seat for ne - they asked a chap who knows his stuff too. Steve came in, calmed me down explained all; then does the rounds and talks etc within the Cop Shop. Steve immediately saw through the farce AND the huge waste of public services and resources - then after Christmas / New Year being ruined for me and my family, the CPS threw the case out - must have costs 10' and 10's of £1000's in Merseyside Front Line Resources - PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIVES, FOR THEIR TITTILATION AND FUN AT ME!!! My life has been absolute Hell because of these neighbours, almost drove me to suicide attempt .. again ... one WAS enough. The CPS agreed with the TRUMPED up charges and now JMW are supporting me for Justice and commensurate damages / compensation - not revenge, just JUSTICE - JMW GET THIS. I'm so fortunate to have been led to JMW, without whom, I doubt I'd still be breathing. I can't recommend enough - I'm not a criminal, but was so close to death by other Hatred and Greed. The neighbours knew I has little to no money, that didn't matter to JMW, they too strive for JUSTICE, not chasing Ambulances - Real Law Firm, with Real Honourable Ethics and Kudos. I will be eternally grateful, THANK YOU SO MUCH JMW, Specifically as above, may God bless and look over you all and fams too because of JMW, I was released on bail with charge later dropped, as JMW did the Police for them as was so plain to see. This was a stich up - BUT I could have gone to prison with a criminal record on release - all because a new neighbour couldn't manipulate me like they have others; JMW's, Steve Rollinson, ensured justice was done, shame so much front line resource was wasted through neighbours petulance and now pursuing errant neighbours, for their reckless criminal acts too 🙏

Jan 28,2022Helen Kelsall was my solicitor for a court case where I had amassed 12 points for speeding offences. She prepared my defence perfectly, was available any time of day for me, even at the weekend before my court appearance. She also appointed an amazing Barrister named Anisha. Thankfully I was able to keep my licence instead of the automatic 6 month ban I was facing. This was purely down to Helen and Anisha’s advice on how I should handle myself in what was a very stressful time. I’m so delighted and can’t thank Helen and her team at JMW Solicitors enough. Jan 26,2022I contacted JMV solicitors 2 days before a court hearing where I was potentially faced with a fine of upto £1000 and 6 points on my licence. They acted professionally and promptly. Helen Kelsall represented me on the day of the hearing which was held in Birmingham, approx 100 miles away from their offices. Hellen managed to source some legislation (loop hole to the lay person) and saved me from the worst possible outcome. She confidently argued my case according to law and statute and succeeded in an excellent outcome that I was more than pleased with. No points on my licence and a nominal fine of £100. I would highly recommend JMV solicitors in particular for any motor offences.

I have bought ten houses in the past few years and I think they are far superior to all the others I have used in the past. They were very organized from the very beginning. My conveyancer was Helen Tran who was very patient, respectful and professional. Her assistant also did her best to support so I would highly recommend their services.

Jan 14,2022I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JMW Solicitors, Jodie Miller in particular, to anyone who was unfortunate enough to be in my position, needing to seek advice with regards to life changing injury as a result of medical negligence. I was apprehensive about the whole process but at every single step I was treated with compassion, sensitivity and professionalism. The communication was excellent, and open, with Jodie and her team ensuring I understood what was happening at every step without being condescending as is always a fear when dealing with the legal process. My opinion and feelings were taken into account during every conversation, and at no stage has it felt like they was doing anything less than providing me with a service i needed, and with the exception of the necessary costs updates, it never felt like they was helping because I was paying them too, but rather because they cared, and had the skills. My case was complex, and as such took a long time to resolve, but Jodie would always touch base frequently if only to tell us that she hadn't heard anything yet. It always felt like the team cared not only about my own understanding and wellbeing, but that of my wife's too as she was present at most conversations and meetings. Overall I cannot fault Jodie's services, nor thank her enough for her dedication and skill.

Dec 06,2021We used to be loyal customers to JMW as they handled some difficult case for us very well. However in our last case, the experience was really disappointing. We purchased a property in Aug 2020, and found out that our property hasn't been registered with Land Registry when we were doing our remortgage with JMW in June 2021. We told JMW to chase up for us and they didn't react until Jul 2021, this was finally registered in late Sep 2021! We were not happy at all, as we lost lots of time and money while waiting for this issue to be resolved, which should have never happened if JMW did their job properly. So we raised a formal complaint and waited for 8 weeks, JMW finally came back to us saying it wasn't their fault, it's all Land Registry and Covid 19's fault! Will we recommend them? Definitely not!

Dec 06,2021Avoid giving this business any money, I asked them for some advice had to put £1200 on the account before they would do any work, the final bill come to £1040 and they won’t give my balance back, 3 times I’ve phoned them, and there excuse is there busy!

Feb 03,2022Firstly, Helen Kelsall did an amazing job at keeping me calm throughout the whole process by being very understanding, thorough and making sure I understood the process every step of the way. Helen never tried selling me a dream for a outcome and she gave her honest opinion and verdict throughout, as well as made sure to answer any questions I had. In court she was firm in getting all our information across to cover all aspects of our defence and I could see her drive and compassion to get the best result possible for me, therefore resulting in me getting the best outcome in my opinion under the circumstances.
