The quality is incredible and I am getting halted by outsiders each time I go out asking where I got it from. Their Service is second to none. They helped me at each point and was extremely quiet with every one of my inquiries. In the event that you need a trike look no what other place.

Dec 09,2019Just purchased a trike for my father who has suffered with MS for the past 12 years. He had stopped being mobile and going and we felt he needed something to give him a boost. We visited the Jorvik stockist down in Stevenage and was over joyed how well he got on with the trike.

Dec 05,2019The service from Yorvik was outstanding. From A-Z everything went beautifully. The lady on the phone was informative and understood the product. Very fast turn around time and delivered in 'Nuke Proof' packaging. LOL.I was gobsmacked when I saw the trike. Talk about quality. In essence I've had the best shopping experience. A supremely 'Hi end' purchase and I'm totally made up and happy. Well Done Yorvik.

Dec 03,2019I have recently purchased a Jorvic Tricycle and I can say the experience from start to finish was excellent . I first visited their showroom and I must admit I was a little hesitant at first as I haven’t rode a bicycle for 30+ years but the young gentleman(sorry I have forgotten his name) was very patient indeed and helped me choose and test ride the model that suited me best. They delivered the tricycle to my local bike store who’s service again was excellent ( I shall be writing them a 5star review also) When I took her out for her maiden voyage I was slightly nervous so I took her to my local park and practised there for 20 minutes (remembering everything the young gentleman had taught me) and built up my confidence before unleashing myself on the public. Thank you Jorvic , you’ve made an old woman very happy .

Nov 22,2019As of late bought the 20 Electric trike for my little girl who is an amputee. The professionals at Jorvik were an extraordinary assistance in prompting on the best answer for enable her to ride. The trike showed up extremely snappy and looks fab. She is so energized with her new trike and has not quit riding it. Great help Excellent Product.

Nov 09,2019Worst thing we ever bought in our lives also the worst company. I had to replace the mid drive motor and get a Bafang front wheel kit,which i see they are using now. Also replaced the gear changer and derailleur which were the lowest grade shimano you could get. If you want a good electric trike then buy a good pashley and a front wheel ebike kit.

Nov 08,2019Highly Recommended : The service we have had from Jorvik is absolutely first class. My wife's 3-year old tricycle developed a fault while in Portugal. The tricycle is her only form of transport. I contacted Jorvik who sent me photos of points to check. When this did not solve the issue, Gavin (Jorvik Operations Manager) rang me and talked me through some tests after which he despatched the necessary part by courier the same day. My wife is ecstatic now she has got her tricycle working again. Thank to Gavin and Jorvik.

We we're constrained with spending plan as im sure the vast majority are with relatives with inabilities as everything costs to such an extent. Jorvik we're extremely incredible and bailed me out with a limited showroom model and I took it out on their fund.

Oct 27,2019As of late had my trike conveyed to New York USA. Picked Jorvik because of their incredible structures. I selected the Purple Dutch style in the 26" wheel with electric help. Landed in 4 days to my entryway WOW THAT IS SERVICE.

Apr 02,2020I emailed Jorvik @ 8.29am in the morning when the UK is in the grip of the COVID-19 outbreak. To be honest, I didn't expect a reply for weeks let alone one within 90 minutes! One phone call later & I had paid for some replacement parts for my Trike that were then delivered within 48 hours. Simply outstanding. To top that, Leanne was superb when talking me through everything & partnered me with Gavin when I had a technical query who not only talked me through how to remove one of the rear wheels, but went on to ask a few great questions which led to a bargain for me of another part purchased instead of me thinking I would have to have a remedial repair locally! From start to finish a friendly, polite, prompt, knowledgeable & incredibly helpful experience for what was only £50 spent! Thank you so much for such a positive experience at a time when there's a lot of gloom & doom out there!
