Oct 08,2019I've just bought my first trike, having given up on bicycling through lack of confidence and some balance problems. It took a little getting used to... not having to balance or put my feet down and I I discovered I could actually ride round corners - I couldn't do that before haha! The service from Jorvik was excellent - ordered one day, despatched the next and delivered the next! I would definitely recommend.

Sep 30,2019If your looking for a trike use Jorvik, Just took delivery of the 26” Green electric in the Dutch style. I found the system great to use and took advantage of the 0% finance they offer. Arrived within 24 hours really well packaged .Now assembled I can see the attractions its really nice and great to ride.

Sep 19,2019I live in Germany and already had a previous Jorvik tricycle - manual one. Due to more surgery I could not longer ride that that. I researched to find something affordable. Well, needless to say I endend up with Jorvik, again. The quality, price and service is unbeatable. I had small issues ordering online- Emma helped me out. Got exactly what I wanted- my electric Ferrari red tricycle! Last month , sadly. Had a small issue with my front basket- contacted Jorvik and Gavin immediately offered to sent me a new one for free- that is customer service. I already had several people inquire where I got my cool tricycle from and i proudly tell them Please, continue your excellent service

Sep 15,2019I got my odin 500 trike yesterday and its brill. they say is 90-95% assembled but is in fact 100% assembled. took it for ride today and im very happy its really a nice smooth ride and powerful enough to get up hills with ease. pricewise i think it is worth it as the trike oozes quality. i got several people asking me about it in one trip out,and may people stood still to watch me ride past. cany ask for more from the trike. emma at customer services was very nice and always answered my questions. thanks emma and jorvik im very happy with my purchase,

Sep 13,2019The lady in sales I spoke to on the telephone (who shall remain nameless for now) relayed a completely incorrect request and set of requirements to the management, which completely misled management and technical dept down the wrong road. Having promised me a tour (even though the factory was closed,) and picking me up from the Railway Station, after all all I wanted to do was look at a tricycle. I got my train tickets London to York and could have booked my B&B on the information given. So not wanting to wast thee tickets I will go up any way, and mosey around York.

I used to travel around on my mobilety scooter,that has gone now.My trike, Now honestly is one of the best things lve bought in my life,lm now 56.This trike has given my life back.looking forward to do coast to coast on my Odin in the near future. Emma and Gavin are really nice people to deal with,any questions they have all the answers . l cannot praise them enough.l just wish l had my Odin 11 years ago when I was made disabled,As l said it has changed my life.All for the good.Thanx to JORVIC ODIN for my new happy future.

I was nervous about spending this amount of money but the advice I received was really useful and helped to put my mind at ease. I have MS and I hate the fact that I have limited mobility but this trike really allows me a new freedom that I thought I would never regain. The build quality of the bike is excellent and when we have taken it to beaches in this country, everybody is full of compliments! Thank you!

Aug 21,2019WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! I had been looking for over a year for a tricycle and after visitimg a number of bike shops in my localç area was advised to go to Jorvik as they are a speacialist in tricycles. I can honestly say I am not disappointed from the start this company has been brilliant. The sales advice was spot on and the after care is second to none. My husband is an egineer and is quite a demanding customer but Jorvik answered all our questions and queris and I can honestly say this is one of the nicest companies I have dealt with. The tricycle arrived last Tuesday and my husband assembled the trike , he could not have been more happier with its quality. The end product is outstanding and I get stopped on every journey. I am starting to feel like a local celebrity... Huge 5 Stars from me Jorvik *****

Jul 24,2019Having read some negative reviews of this company/product I am writing to say that my experience has been entirely positive. I have had issues with a controller and a sensor failing. The first time this happened it was within the 1-year guarantee period so no problem. It got fixed - parts free of charge though had to pay the service charge as I could not return the trike to the shop where it was bought. About 18 months later the same thing happened again. I spoke to Emma at customer services, who was entirely helpful and passed me over to a technician. He agreed to replace the faulty parts free of charge.There was some problem which required discussion between the service agent and the technician. The problem was resolved and the parts sent to the service agent who has now fixed the bike so I am up and riding it again. I was very relieved to find that the negative reviews I had read did not apply in my case. I think this is a great product for those of us no longer able to feel safe on a normal bike, and I could not have hoped for more from Emma at Customer Services. Thank you Emma and thank you Jorvik.
