We are so pleased with our Jorvik odin..! Arrived fully assembled as a good will gesture for our short wait. Turned the keys and I was away..! Great to be cycling again and what a machine. After care second to none thus far after speaking with there tech guys on the display options.
Top Service!!! Had a great experience with Jorvik. They could not have been more helpful. I had lost my dome nut which was my fault. I rang them and they just sent another out no questions asked. Thumbs up Jorvik.
My husband has limited mobility. We visited the shop, chose the trike that was perfect for him. They shipped it to our holiday home in Spain much cheaper than we could arrange to send it ourselves. The trike arrived as expected. We had a couple of teething issues, the charger wasn’t working, it wouldn’t light up..and the seat clamp wasn’t tightening firmly when the seat was adjusted. I contacted them at Jorvik and explained the problem. Gareth promptly posted both replacement items out to us in Spain. The communication is fantastic...always a swift email response to any queries. We have been miles on our bikes now and the beauty for us is..it’s just a normal bike until you switch the battery on so you can get a easy ride on the way back. My husband really likes it. THANKS TO THE WHOLE TEAM AT JORVIK TRICYCLES.
Fantastic family friendly company who couldn’t be more helpful. Answered all our questions from email and phone. We visited their workshop in York to test ride a couple of trikes that we had our eyes on and were given loads of help with which one to pick for what we wanted to use it for.
I bought a trike for my father in law who suffers with MS as he has been looking to gain some independence. We came across Jorvik and the electric folding tricycle looked perfect and was competitively priced. From start to finish the whole experience has been perfect with the tricycle arriving when they said it would along with some additional support from James on assembly which really helped me out. I couldn't recommend Jorvik highly enough and would give them 10 starts if it was possible. Great job guys
Helpful, friendly, informative and proactive. I’m 63, pretty much immobile and have not been on a bike since 1969! Both Sales (Ben) and Customer Services (Emma) have been great - and patient - with me as I have asked a LOT of questions! Theodora my bright red Trike arrives next week!!
Great trike great company Just taken delivery of my 24 electric Blue tricycle and can honestly say I’m bowled over by it ... Haven’t been able to ride in years due to ✓ leg issue . This has given me the opportunity to get out and enjoy cycling again . The tricycle arrived within 48 hours , Greg quality and looks amazing . Jorvik have been dream to deal with and Gavin could not have been anymore helpful . If you want to buy a trike go to these guys .
Jorvik etricycle - several design issues but full refund issued I have updated this review following receipt of the refund requested. We sent pictures of the problems we encountered along with explanations. We also had continuing problems with the gears so after two weeks further trial we requested a refund. To be fair to Jorvik, there were no problems with agreeing to the return and refund. They even arranged for collection of the assembled bike, so my latest experience of their customer service has been good. Below I have left the original review as you may find that you have the same issues. -I have been very disappointed with this tricycle, both in terms of the quality of the components and the attitude of the post sales customer service. I ordered the Jorvik etricycle on 24/5/19. It was delivered on 29/5/19. During the assembly, we found that the chainwheel had 3mm of runout (wobble), which risked the chain coming off the gears. We immediately contacted the company, and facetimed to demonstrate the problem. They agreed to send a replacement. The new chainwheel was delivered on 5/6/19. We installed it and then tried indexing the gears. This didn’t work because the gear cassette was also suffering runout, more than 2mm. We facetimed the company again to demonstrate the problem. They showed us the showroom model which had significantly less runout than mine. We requested a new gear cassette, which was delivered on 10/6/19. To our amazement it had a fundamental design fault which meant it was unlikely to run true and would be likely to compromise the gears running correctly. (My husband as an engineer was able to make a part which fixed this problem, but how many people could do that?) We then found the derailleur bracket was not squarely mounted on the frame, and needed to be squared up. All in all, the trike spent 12 days in the living room, surrounded by tools, waiting for parts to arrive. It should have worked from day 1. The main issue has been the build and component quality – including: • Jorvik badge not completely secured to frame • Excessive runout (wobble) on chainwheel risking chain coming off gears • Weld splatter covering screwhole (needed filing off) • Chips to paint on frame (requested and received paint to cover) • Excessive runout on gear cassette making it impossible to get all gears indexed • Derailleur bracket not attached squarely to frame making it impossible to index the gears • Fundamental design weakness in the gear cassette I chose this bike after a fair amount of research, and initial contact with company was good. However, my partner and I have been very disappointed with the quality and lack of quality control with this product. This was further exacerbated by the offhand and slightly rude response from the engineer during both facetime calls. It was fortunate that my partner has the background and experience to be able to explain the technical issues and reasonable tolerances for the bike to the engineer at the factory who was extremely offhand and impatient – at no time did we receive an apology for the poor component quality and inconvenience. Without ‘inhouse’ support, I might have incurred significant additional cost by having the bike assembled at a bike shop, and then found it still didn’t perform as promised. I wouldn’t recommend this product or this company. Update: I sent the company a copy of this review at the same time I put it on Trustpilot - to date they have not got in touch. Its a real shame that they are not reviewing product quality or customer service - perhaps the fact that my partner is a qualified engineer and our review is entirely factual has something to do with it?
Bought my wife the battery powered tricycle. What a great piece of kit this is. So well manufactured and looks really good. No stigma in riding this beauty. My wife just hadn't the confidence or ability to cycle on two wheels, but certainly not ready for a mobility scooter yet, so this will be a great asset to her to get her out with me on my bike. The bike arrived all the way to Northern Ireland within 3 days. Emma and the team were so helpful and informative, even outside normal trading hours. Thanks for a great product and service.
Bought the Jorvik Odin off road power assisted trike. It's the business!! It is a well designed, balanced and craftsman built trike. Great pedal power with surprising power when power assist is engaged. The trike was delivered to Spain and arrived well packaged, in perfect condition and on time. Spoke to Emma prior to purchase and also after and found her extremely helpful and informative. Would certainly recommend both the product and service provided by Jorvik. Great Quality!!
I must say the folding tricycle is very good if you have any kind of problem they will sort it out straight away.these people you can trust 100% would I buy another Bike Off jorvik again yes I would thank you colin
Fantastic service from a great company. I called them quite a few times to answer queries before I made my mind up which tricyle to buy and everyone I spoke to was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient I would recommend them to everyone and to top it all my tricyle arrived bang on time and I am totally in love with it! Wonderful Customer Service. It was made a very easy and happy experience.I feel my money has been well spent. I will not hesitate to upgrade my Tricycle when needed. I feel confident my Trike will be as good.
For customer service, the Jorvik team are first rate in friendly helpfulness. Orders are processed rapidly, and by text and email, a person is kept up to date with the delivery process. Excellent. The tricycles are beautifully designed, and supremely comfortable to ride, even by a somewhat incapacitated old lady like me. I thoroughly recommend them

I am thrilled with my new Cargo tricycle. The company have been superb in all their dealings with my order. Everyone was so helpful and polite, so today I went out for the first time and couldn’t resist going out riding again this afternoon.
