I was just trying to host a small server to test out their service but it doesn't even work, and now when I want to remove my credit card there isn't option to do that, I tried their "live human assistant and he said I need to send an email request to their company, WHAT KINDA BULLSH*T IS THIS??? WHAT DO YOU NEED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THAT I CAN'T REMOVE IT????
Kamatera got back to me quickly. When the policy change didn't accord with my expectations, they still found a good solution.

Overall good but add invoices for god's sake The servers are nice and the IP i got wasn't in any spam databases. Pricing is great, but I seemingly can't delete my bank card details. Also, they don't create invoices, so everything is billed automatically every month. It sucks since many people (including me) need more control over billing and every other hosting has that lacking feature.
Customer service is exceptional and easy and the configurable server is on a graphical interface. The server that can host can be in different locations and overall I think it's the best server hoster for business applications.

This is a nice solution for me! It's cheap, quick to set up and easy to understand! People that support are friendly and nice. You can contact them anytime and they will reply very quick.
Fast, simple service. I use VPS ubuntu 20.04. Kamatera provides more options and has PERFECT customer service.
Bad cloud provider. Registering for a new account. My debit card got a problem because by default, any new overseas transaction must inform my local bank. My bank said they have enabled any transaction from Kamatera and I can try again after 5 minutes. But when I tried, they suddenly block my account. After emailing them and attaching all my photos and video of myself while holding the cards. They then unblock my account and ask me to update again my debit card info in the Billing section. Guest what happen? The Billing section has also been blocked too. So how am I supposed to update my card info? Email them again telling them what happened and got this answer "If you wish, we may update your account's billing information n your behalf. If you agree to this, please send the entire credit card number, CVV and expiration date." What the....? No way I'm giving my CVV number. Then I gave a suggestion to just delete that account and I try to register again. Until now (the 4th day), no email reply. Btw, they only reply to your email once a day no matter how fast you reply back to them. Bad services. Avoid at all costs! I'm switching to either Linode, Vultr or IONOS.
My experience creating a Windows 10 virtual machine with Kamera has been great so far. Some web broswers (or extensions) might cause obstacles. Kamera customer service is responsive and professional. I anticipate long-term use.
