Biggest Scammers ..Credit Card Scammers .. Worst Support Because they are Scammers. First, they charged you 2$ for a free trial then there is no option to remove your card from an account and when trial end they forcefully charged your card for months or for full year without giving support ..they are known scammers stay away from them..they don't have their own servers, they outsource you to somewhere else while enjoying your credit card scams ..Servers are dead slow even their own website is very slow ..there is no support for clients,they will reply your ticket after 1-week minimum and also no service to manage the serves ... don't waste your time. you can read other reviews as well for payment card scams

Just started with Kamatera for our company websites. So far we are very pleased with our service and performance of the websites. Transfers were fast and easy, had a few issues with PHP versions but easy to fix. We moved from Hostgator due to prolonged support service times. So far Kamatera is much more responsive (BY FAR) and we get a dedicated account manager. Perfect fit for our many business websites.

Kamatera support staff especially Oren Einstein is very knowledgable and always go above and beyond on details. The VPS Servers are lightening FAST and super easy to configure with upfront charges clarifications. Excellent company - 5 Starts to Kamatera! Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

I have 2 servers in Kamatera for over 3 years now (for a small-mid size project), the overall experience is great. The ability to change the specs exactly as you need, and downgrade it later is very helpful for our app, something other companies don't have. The network & performance are super fast. The control panel is very easy nice to use. Support is quite helpful, plus having support on phone/tickets 24/7 and replying to tickets very fast. only thing is the network bandwidth, its quite expensive.

I'm having a terrible customer support experience with their billing. I tested their service for a single day and then I shut down my account because it wouldn't work for what I needed. It charged me a $1 or $2 for the quick test. Afterwards I noticed they charged me $58 twice, for two months and when I contacted support, they discovered somehow my account got connected with someone else's account and I was getting charged instead. 2+ months of trying to address the situation with their customer support has led to no resolution and they keep saying they are investigating the matter. I have now had to ask Paypal to refund my card as I was charged fraudulently.

Hello everyone, I need to let you know that I have never done a review in my lifetime. I have just created this account, to do a review on Kamatera. I started to talk to Oren via mail, speaking out to him my requirements on the server, if possible and if he could set it up. He did agree on this, was very responsive and ensured me, that the server will get created according to my requirements, once the acc. has been created and my CC left there as a reference. I did that, but could not receive any confirmation mail (2FA) to initially log in to the account. I then reached out to Oren first (no reply), after to the support. Who did help me were the customer support people? I then changed to another email address, so this was kind of the workaround idea. This could have been a thing to be sorted out in minutes, took initially 2 days. I then tried to create the server, which was not possible because 'the account manager need to raise the budget'. Never have I every seen something like this in my life: you can't create a server with at least some power without the permission of the account manager?! I was now depending on the guy that anyway did not have in mind to really helped me out, once I have signed up for it. I forgot to mention that they have already charged 100+$ on my card without any service provided at this point in time. Not only that, but I am very disappointed. In any possible way. This is not worth the hassle and the amount of effort just by simply failing even the smallest customer related issues. Imagine now facing bigger issues? You do not want to depend on a service provider in this kind of moments, I can tell you this!

THIS IS A SCAM. REPEAT: THIS IS A SCAM. I signed up for a server, but haven't been able to login for months, due to never receiving the 2FA email. Support did not assist. I want to cancel my subscription, but the support/account manager/billing won't do so, saying I need to login to my account to do it....which they know I'm unable to do. They want a copy of my credit card and passport to 'possibly re-enable' access to my account. I'm still receiving invoices and they refuse to cancel the subscription. All their replies here say to email 'orene'; he doesn't reply, and probably doesn't exist. AVOID THESE THIEVES.

They debit money from the card without any confirmation from you. They charged me for 2 months, although I registered a free test account and after the expiration of its period I never used it again. Contacting support did nothing. They just stole my 200 bucks and that's it. No other service does like this. I tested Azure - after the expiration of the test period, the hosting simply stops. And if you do not renew it yourself and don't agree to the debiting, no one will withdraw money from your card. Kamatera scammers. Never fall into this trap.

I used my online cards to register and verify billing address,the money charged was supposed to be back to my account but unfortunately they didn't release it back

I have found the service very personalised, prompt and timely. They take the time to build a relationship for the long term. Great experience and delivery and customer support the the primary distinguishing factor for mission critical businesses. They are at the top in support.

I have worked in IT for 27 years and have often found companies failing to provide decent products at reasonable prices. I recently opened a trial account with Kamatera,... and to my surprise, it actually went much better than I had expected. It's idiot-proof to use, and the layout makes it easy to pick server locations, and server config (cpu, ram, storage...). You also see the pricing as you do the config and you have the chance to select monthly or hourly billing and you can see all the costs very clearly. They have lots of standard images so you can roll out ubuntu with python in a few clicks and there are so many pre-made images saving you time. Great offering, happy to keep with them for our dev and test environments.

Kamatera has charged our company credit card three times in the last two months and yet produced no invoices. When I reached out to their billing department they casually say "for the payments you made in June, you'll receive invoices around mid-August" In what universe does that make sense? TL;DR: If you don't need an invoice for your expenses, feel free to use Kamatera. Their admin panel is quite easy to use and uptime is excellent. Technically, it is a great service they provide but as a business it is far behind almost every competitor they have.

the support people are like cross town traffic at 5pm they lack any ability to help others just reply with nonsense and point fingers if you ask them to do something they will still dispite you clearly writing what needed to be done reply with usless instructions and you will be forced to just rply over and over until you finally about to move to amazon or azure they will start to help but only enough to make you more mad how it is they cant read what you write before sending a generic unhelpful reply? and how many days should one be expected to wait for a simple thing you could have done yourself except they limit what you can and cant do because of their garbage interface that put in too may key stroke and forces everthing to be a night mare of typing and backspacing to only put the letters you needed in thru their console ..... took them a week to move teh rdp cals we got from them to the correct server and it was 30 emails it wasnt until i sent to the supervisor that i got help up till that point they talk about us needing a firewall from them that we had yet seem to be unabel to read user and then look at accounts to see what is really needed .... they arent cheaper than self ownership and i cant image having to wiat for them to recover your systems.... they can not even mount an iso file of a server to upload dispite saying that they could i was abel to do both in hyperv and vmware no issues but they cant .... offered to help but they then just demanded it be in ova which not sure how to go to ova ffrom hyperv and asked them how would they do that ? no useable info was snet just a liek to 2016 when you could have download a progam that isnt avaible any more without a timemachine .... why test your answers why you can waste time people are paying for .... so if you wnat to fight with your host on simple stuff liek vpn to cloud for your users and be gaslighted this is the best Cloud you can hope for

Based on recommendations from others, I migrated one of my leased servers from another vendor where performance was good, but support was absent. I am a professional real estate photographer and videographer. I work with a select group of elite realtors that are very demanding. I build subdomain websites for every single property that is marketed, and this requires top notch performance, and frequently, some technical support. My first month has proven to be a very welcome surprise both with performance and both phone and ticket support. I will be migrating all of my professional work to Kamatera.

Customer Support is total trash, they will refuse to fix any issues you have, even if you picked additional support package that is 40-50 bucks a month and they will repeat same thing this is out of support scope. what a joke...

At first everything was very good. But then: In order to finalize your account activation please send us the following documents: 1. Video of yourself holding your photo ID (we must see the name on the photo id and your photo clearly). 2. Photocopy of your credit card (with only your name and last 4 last digits visible). Very strange "account activation", haven't faced before. So I quit.
