First I registered and created a server. A day later the account was blocked - I sent all the necessary documents. The account was unblocked, but they told me to make a deposit of $10 to check the payment method - I topped it up. A day later, the account was blocked and support did not respond. It's day 6 or 7. no answer hosting scammer provider! UPD: the money was returned to the card a week later, but I shared my identification data with a company of scammers who did not even respond, who can use it anywhere, so the scammer hoster still

Initially, they offer you a VPS server and 1 month for testing. I took the bait, registered, and spent time setting up and deploying the server. About 12 hours later, they blocked me with the following statement, I quote: "We regret to inform you that your account activation has been temporarily suspended due to an inability to approve it at this time. Our team has been diligently reviewing all accounts, and unfortunately, we were unable to proceed with the approval process for your account. To resolve this matter and activate your account, we kindly request that you make a small first-time deposit. You can do this by navigating to the billing section in the console. This will enable us to expedite the approval process and grant you access to our services." The most interesting part is that I tried to pay the deposit, but my account is blocked, and I can't even do that ))) I wrote to support, but got a response that "I am forwarding your request further," and then silence. I don't understand the point of doing business this way. I strongly do not recommend this company, as you will just lose time and end up with negativity.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH! I have deployed about 10 VPS and loaded my card info etc on their website. after about 2 weeks they SUDDENLY stopped all my servers, blocked access to my account and asked me to upload a VIDEO of me holding an ID for "verification purposes". mind you they have just charged my card for services for the upcoming month. I have then asked for a refund for the remaining unconsumed portion of the services BUT they have refused and told that I'm still incurring charges until I upload the video. which I declined to do!

Durante il periodo di prova gratuito di 30 giorni offerto da Kamatera, mi sono scontrato con un addebito inaspettato sul mio conto. Ho dovuto contestarlo e dimostrare che avessi effettivamente usufruito dell'offerta gratuita. Questa situazione ha destato preoccupazione sulla trasparenza e l'affidabilità del servizio. La mancanza di chiarezza nei termini e le complicazioni nell'annullamento del pagamento riflettono negativamente sulla professionalità e l'attenzione al cliente di Kamatera. Sarebbe auspicabile che migliorassero la gestione delle transazioni e fossero più trasparenti per evitare inconvenienti simili in futuro.

I'm new to the whole virtual server thing, but Kamatera has been outstanding. I use Kamatera to host my streaming radio station. It is very easy to use with Microsoft Remote Desktop as well as using the smartphone app. I also really enjoy being able to increase hard drive space or CPUs quickly. I can just do it from my Kamatera account and then, with a quick reboot, it's there! Finally, I'll say that the customer service is outstanding. I had a few issues and questions in the beginning and the tech support was phenomenal. I've been recommending Kamatera to all my colleagues. This has been a total game changer.

I have used all the major providers of Cloud based servers. Kamatera is by far the best. The dashboard allows you to create a server in a minute or so and it is clear exactly what your charges are going to be from the start. The actual equipment they use at there data centers is top quality. Need to upgrade, downgrade or backup a server? It's so simple. There are no hidden fees. They provide a dedicated account manager so you can get answers quickly. The technical support is the best I have ever experienced. I have never had a server go down. There pricing is very competitive.

I recently discovered that I had an active subscription with Kamatera, of which I had no prior knowledge. This lack of awareness has led to an inconvenience that I find quite frustrating.

ive been using kamatera for like a year the quality of servers are really good . but recently i bought a server and the traffic exceeded the 5000gb and i turned off the server to terminate it and they charged hourly for the server ! i wrote a ticket to their support and for some reason they deleted my ticket instead of answering !

They request your card information for the free trial version. On the 3rd day of the free version, they suspend the account without giving any reason. Then, even if you create a ticket, they automatically terminate the ticket. They do not reactivate the account. It is a very dubious company. It is not a reliable company. I never recommend it.

I do not recommend 100%. They block the account for fraud. But they can't even write what was wrong. Contact with support is a mockery. If you care do not care, then bypass wide. #33140470

There VPS's work well but my main problem is support, They locked my account for "fraud" and would not tell me why then made me submit my ID and even after that they took 4 days to approve my verification causing high downtime for my clients. Its not worth using them as they dont offer anything google cloud or another service can provide you with less issues.

I plan to reassess once I am billed for one month or when my free trial concludes, given my concerns about the usage report. #33123612 I am writing to express my immense frustration and disappointment with the service experience I have encountered since creating my account nearly five days ago. On the very day I initiated my free trial for a UK VPS, my account was unexpectedly suspended, citing suspicious activity. Subsequently, I was requested to submit verification documents, including an unexpected video verification. This raised concerns about the safety of my data, and despite my reservations, I promptly complied, submitting the required video alongside the requested documents. Regrettably, my account remains suspended, and I am yet to receive any meaningful communication from your team. I am deeply upset and concerned about the security of my information given the lack of responsiveness from your customer service. I submitted my verification documents and received a generic acknowledgment email, but there has been no resolution or progress since. In desperation, I opened multiple tickets, only to witness them closed without providing any solution or clarity on the issues at hand. I have expressed on numerous occasions the urgency of reactivating my account, as I have important tasks pending due to this unfortunate situation. It is disheartening that my pleas have fallen on deaf ears, and I feel completely stranded without the necessary support. I implore you to review and resolve this matter urgently. Reactivating my account is imperative for the completion of critical tasks. If Kamatera cannot assure a swift resolution, I may have no choice but to explore alternative service providers.
