I must admit, so far, I am very impressed with their service. They assign you an Account Manager Executive right from the start, a real person! In addition, what I like so far about the experience with them is: 1) Their dashboard has a lot of features and offers great flexibility in managing my instances. 2) The fact that they display a phone number predominantly on your support page, KOODO! We do not see that a lot now a days. 3) I tried the support desk with one inquiry ticket and the response was faster than for some high priority tickets I had opened with their competitor. 4) So far, my instance is fast, responsive and very stable. Overall, great service and very competitive pricing.
Kamatera server console is intuitive and user friendly, anyone can build a server or a collection of servers. The cost is very reasonable and their support is unbeatable. I talked with on of their support techs about a month ago and he helped me reconfigure my server for better performance. He spent almost an hour on the phone with me and was very friendly and helpful.
Kamatera offered / offers a priceless server. i have used them for providing virtual services for different work requirement and test environments. they offer a reliable and fast services that is very configurable. they will always be at the top of my goto list.

I have used quite a few vps providers over the years. Kamatera is at the top of my list. The user experience on the management interface is by far the best I have seen. On top of that the customer service is actually helpful, deployment is fully functionnal under a half hour, usage limits are flexible and reasonnably priced. Highly recommend.
Update :- Kamatera reach out to me and solved the problem. They have an account manager assigned to your account regarding issues, who contact me and fixed the issue for me. I was also informed that i won't be charge any extra if i terminate and create a new server with the same specs and my bill won't change. So far as so good, things have turned out great so i have changed my review. Wishes all the best to KAMATERA. Greetings, I just wanted to share my experience here so that others who are thinking to join Kamatera would know what to expect & whatnot. PS:- My English ain't good as i am not a native. I already have 3 servers from KAMATERA since a few months now. At first, KAMATERA does sound like a better option, with better pricing, scalability and multiple Datacenters locations however their customer service is not at all good, and on top of that You can't reinstall or change the OS image on the server !! Yes you read it right. CUSTOMER SERVICES EVENT First I would like to talk about how great is their self-proclaimed world-class customer service which Is stated boldly on their official website. I just happened to be there and decided to live chat as i wanted to know server's " downlink & uplink network speed and that if it's unlimited or not " , pretty basic stuff right? However, the rep told me to call on the given numbers, which i did. Right off the start i had a bad feeling about it, cuz the way they would greet you when you call them is horrid. It would make you feel that you have called a Cemetery to make reservations for your to be grave. Nonetheless, i told the Rep that i need this info, he said " well just run the speed test" ! I already know this but wanted to know the official numbers. Why would he tell me to run the speed test ?! Anyways, i told him to check it for me so he requested that i provide him the email address, which i did but i am pretty sure he failed to grasp as his listening abilities were not up to the mark. Bingo, He said account doesn't exist, so i urged him to repeat to me what Email address he heard from my side. What happened next was absolutely offensive. He accused me of trying to get secret information out of him and said he can't do that! I told him again that i am just asking what email address he got from me to confirm if he even noted it down right or not. He bluntly said "NO" . At that moment i started losing my mind, and told him you can't accuse people like this! and you can't be working! Ultimately i requested him to connect with me with another agent who can deescalate this situation and he said "NO" and that i should talk Nicely. Great, i lost my mind and told him to F oFF ! I did email at am@kamatera to make the higher management aware of this. However, it's been more than 24 hours and no reply yet. WORST PART Moving On, The worst part of Kamatera is that you can't reinstall the OS image on server, let alone switching to a different Image/OS ! Unless you terminate and recreate the server and get charged twice. Even those who provide unmanaged VPS , they would reinstall for you and wouldn't ask you to buy the plan again and get charged for the new and old server ! In the end, I would like to say that It could be my fault as well so please feel free to point it out.
I have never encounter a vps service to charge you in a brutal manner if you go over 10% CPU usage. I was in need of few vps severs for my school project and I found kamatera which at first glance they offered exactly what I needed. After using their service for one day they start suspending my account, asked for video verification selfie and photo with my Credit card. Even though I have sent the required documents, my account remain suspended and they didn't gave me any reason whatsoever. I'm pretty sure that the bill will be at the same level of lame. As per my searches, I found that Ionos.co.uk provide exactly same services but they do not shut you down if your vps CPU goes over 10% and not to mention their vps services start at £1 per month! Kamatera's support service is there just to give you headaches as there is no reply on the tickets, no reply on email and no reply over the phone. I haven't encounter such a bad service since the VPS notion came around. Over all, I have chosen IONOS over Kamatera and I will strongly advise anyone about using kamatera services as they will go deep in debt as their charges are based on CPU usage. You pay extra if you go over 10%, you pay extra if you just login into your account for Christ sake! For several days I have searched a good vps provider and I found the worst. I will strongly advise anyone to be very careful when choosing kamatera. You might regret it!!!

Jul 26,2021I have been looking for a hosting system which would be simple, flexible, standardized.. And after many trials, I finaly found KAMATERA. Honestly, it is worth trying as the start up is very simple. I use my wirtuals machines for customers demos and workbenches. They can access with Remote Deskstop from anywhere. Without I/T restrictions.
