Jul 29,2022If you are just browsing for AWS alternatives pls stay away from Kamatera, it's not worth the hassle. Services are standard but more expensive than the competition, the problem comes after you terminate your free trial, delete your services and disable the account, they will still charge you and there won't be anyone willing to help (account reps never reply). They also do not reply to account deletion requests under CCPA, (or GDPR according to other reviews). My only recourse was to file chargebacks with my CC company and block any further attempts by them.

Jul 19,2022They refused to delete my account (which is illegal, they legally need to delete someone's private details on request) and they ignored subsequent support queries. Their claim is that they need to hold my details for tax reasons, but I disagree with this: I haven't given them any money, there's no financial relationship between me and the company. Clearly not a company who care about their customers. Avoid. edit: Their response claims they need to hold customer details against their will for GDPR reasons, which is also a lie. There is no reason why they would need to hold the details of someone who hasn't engaged in any kind of financial relationship with them who wants their details deleted. edit2: I have revised my rating upwards due to their pretty decent support response.

Jul 01,2022We migrated from AWS to Kamatera and improved performance and reduced costs by 40%. We had 3 linux servers and 3 windows servers and the migration is quite complex. Kamatera has been extremely helpful during the migration and now that we're up and running, we've found the support to be responsive and professional.

Jun 30,2022Stay away, they charged me 20$ for a service that I never used! They sent a bill titled" Random Card verification " what is that ?? IDK!! 20$ for card verification?? Started 2 tickets and they do NOT answer. Live chat not helpful, all he said that he prioritized my ticket. Still, didn't receive a refund! ### Edit ### : You have charged me yesterday another 19.5$ ( I'm not using your services ) Please refund and delete my account + my credit card information. In addition, didn't get a refund as you said!

Jun 27,2022Just finished building an Windows RDS environment and migrated several servers to the Kamatera infrastructure, creating a private cloud for a customer. Good working infrastructure and excellent support. We are very happy with Kamatera. Placed this review again because trustpilot removed my first review. Had to proof I was a real customer of Kamatera. I send them the proof but never heard back from trustpilot. NOT happy wit trustpilot.

Jun 13,2022We are very happy with Kamaterra. Now we can focus on webdevelopment and leave the hosting with a profesional company. We only had some minor issues since januari 2021 but all were resolved quickly, most of them before we could report. The price they offer can't beat running your own hardware infra with only 20 severs. So a good service for a good price!

Jun 02,2022this company is a big scam. for exp: if you use 5 hours they will charge you on 100 hours and you will pay big amout of money !! be carful. they are scammers and there is lawsuits against them

May 20,2022Nice experience with them. I use their VPS. small ones but many. Connectivity, uptime, speed etc all is great. Infact, I think compared to others, Kamatera provides more options and has good customer service. One thing that many will agree is, you cant reinstall your VPS. If that feature is also added, then Kamatera will have no competition.

May 08,2022This is a Scam, Do not go for this service. I took a trial of this service and Create a Windows Server (RDP). I was using my RDP and it goes off with the message" Your account access from another computer" What? I never shared my IP and Credentials with anyone still this error occurred? I started observation and Yes, I was right my RDP was accessible by someone else. and I started complaining about it and now my account is Suspended.

May 06,2022Dont go to these guys. Service was running fine and out of nowhere they just turned of my service. I have a running business on it! The appologised and promised it would not happen again. Then 2 days later again! This time no applogy no email. So very dodgy company and policies, would NOT recommend to my enemy.

Managers are attentive and friendly. Twice contacted technical support for advice. The response was immediate, the answers were professional and accurate. I made sure that my choice in favor of Kamatera, after a long search for a good hoster, was very successful. Undoubtedly, I will remain a client of this company for a long time, and I will host new projects with them.

Aug 08,2022Stay away at all costs from this "company". They told me I have a "debt" of $220, and suspended my account, not letting me access it and delete it. This is an account I have never used. That is how they make their money, by scamming people. Inventing chargers. Not letting you completely shut down an account. Worst customer service in the world. Never seen a company behaving like that. Do yourself a huge favor and don't ever use their service.
