I've been using their servers for almost a year and the issues I've had lately have been really disappointing After using their server for a few months, one day they suddenly banned my account and asked me to provide ID information and take live video. This is very unreasonable, they didn't send friendly emails in advance and reminded me that if I don't provide information, the account will be closed. Instead, they blocked my account first, shut down all servers, forced users to provide information, did not give users a little time, and they didn't care about users' business at all Now it is said that one of my servers has been DDOS or abused, etc., directly shut down all servers and ban my account. They did not specify which one it was or why. I have never abused the server, I also use vultr/digitalocean/linode/hetzner and other server providers, and I have never encountered any abuse. They don't want to be friendly with users, and they always close the user's account first and keep the user out. It's the first time I've met someone who treats users like this. They process tickets very slowly. Even if it is an urgent issue like the one above, the ticket needs at least 1 day to reply (it used to be faster, but now it is very slow), explaining to you what information you need to provide to prove yourself. It may take 3 days to unlock your account, which is ridiculous
First off, I'm an individual not connected to a company; I use a VPS for some CPU-intensive software. I'm also a current user and have not cancelled the service, which some reviewers mentioned as a pain point. From my viewpoint, the UX for creating and managing servers is very easy to use and speedy. The server I provisioned works well, although I'm using it for desktop software, so not as a real server. You administer the server yourself, having full control including OS updates, which I appreciate. Access to the website is via two-factor authentication via a code sent via email. Hopefully an authenticator application such as Microsoft Authenticator will be a more secure option in the future. Customer service Tickets are handled quickly, and you do have a dedicated account manager if you need to reach out to someone specifically. I'm very happy overall. Kamatera is one of a few companies providing affordable cloud computing for individuals. If, like me, you need more CPU power on an occasional basis, why buy a new personal computer? Get a VPS! To briefly touch on cancellation, which I have not done, the steps as I understand them are to first terminate your server, then email your personal account manager or enter a support ticket requesting termination of your account. Terminating (deleting) your server is important to stop hourly charges and prevent entering a new billing cycle on the 1st of the month.
I have been using Kamatera for about 10 month . There have been some hickups , but all in all they try their best and fix them .The best thing is that they provide you with an Account Manager , who is dealing with an issue when asked .I am happy with the guy appointed to my affairs .
Fraudulent behavior! This company continue to renew billing months after it has been canceled. Have tried to write to them without any answer. First email sent back in September. So after months, we decided to block payments to Kamatera through MasterCard. Finally today February 26, 2023 I got a message that our server was terminated. Very boring and tedious experience with kamatera.com.
I don’t get this company. They have a decent offering but they continue to bill for services long after services were canceled. Once maybe, but we’re now up to four months of invoices for non-services. Dishonesty or incompetence - don’t know.
Kamatera responded to my request to put up a specialized cloud server even while I was in the trial period. This allowed me to test and confirm the application fit my needs. They have been very responsive to all my start up needs and they are now our cloud service of choice. I recommend them to all anytime the topic comes up.
One happy client. Offer allowed me to test and confirm if it works for my needs with no charge. Will be resuming services as soon as I am ready to implement what I tested. Support responds fast and addresses raised questions satisfactorily.
I nearly hire their FOREX VPS TRIAL 30 days trial but after reading the 1 star reviews i found several clients that were charged fraudulently even canceling the trial before and several more months. SHUT THIS COMPANY NOW!

Kamatera offers excellent support I needed to restore my server from a backup. Kamatera's support was extremely attentive, easy to work with and very quick to respond. They went above and beyond what was needed to retrieve the files I needed and even sent them to me, saving me a lot of time and effort.
I am writing this review for Kamatera and its amazing support services. I had to make a transfer from own own physical server to one another host since our hardware could not support our software upgrades, including our mail servers. We selected to to use Kamatera’cloud services. With my experience with Azure and AWS it was the it also was apparent it would be a better investment. My praise for Kamatera came from the period when we went through a stressful time when we could not access our hosts from our corporate office. The event was not related to Kamatera but due to our IP being blocked by our firewall DoS attack settings, since our corporate office did not have a static IP to access the servers from. Kamatera provided excellent service and helped us walk through the process to get it resolved, even though it was not their fault but our setup of the firewall. James Synovec
Being an IT consultant, and have been through many hosting companies, and also managing servers myself, I can certainly say that the team @ Kamatera a fresh experience. The team are a rare combination of enthusiasm, professionalism and proficiency. The infrastructure is suitable for every scenario - from the basic 'bare-bones' to a fully managed service, and everything in between. The modular structure of the account also allows a very fine-grained choice of hosting environment, both easy and flexible. Looking forward to many years of collaboration.
Fraud alert! You basically can't remove your credit card. They just took 100 euros from my cc although I didn't even use their service. Called my bank and they had to block my credit card and send me another one.
I tried 1 month. It was ok, not good, so I stopped using it. Next month they invoiced me again. So I've disabled the service. Next month they invoiced me again, so I've disable my account. Next month they again invoiced me... RUN AWAY ! They are not serious scammers ! Edit: To answer to your reply: When you've to explain the charges to 30% of your customers, it's called a scamming side of your company... A transparent company doesn't need to explain charges to so many customers... Also it takes 2 clicks to create a server and get charged on our card but it's a real maze to disable all servers and services, that requires first to go in sub-section and sub-sub section and to to an other one to disable a specific thing to be allowed to disable the server... to finally request to disable the account and the charges... THIS IS NOT NORMAL !!
We have been using Kamatera as a platform to host our Virtual Windows Desktops. We struggled to find a service that could accommodate a small business like ours, who don't need many servers, and a billing solution that works for this. Kamatera meets all our needs and is a truely great service. Can't recommend highly enough.

I am an experienced user of cloud computing such as Google Cloud, Amazon, Azure and others. I started using Kamatera for trial use in 2020. I log in every few months and I must say that the company is increasing the quality of its services quickly, Their admin panel has a great UI/UX. Their vps are 99.99999% of time stable. their costumer support is quick and porofesional. Guy's this is amazing vps solution!
I'm trying to open an account with this company and I already have 4 days with freeze account. First they rejected my digital credit card. Then I uploaded the data from my physical card and they tried to charge the verification fee in the previous digital card??? Is it possible or not use digital card??? I'm wondering if before open account I'm already having this bunch of issues, after use the services and having another problems, how could be my life with this company (if really worth it).
Kamatera support staff, especially Oren Einstein, is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond on details. The VPS Servers are lightening FAST and super easy to configure with upfront charges very clear. After performing a 30 day pilot on their platform, we have decided to move all of our applications and web sites onto their platform. I think you'll be hard pressed to find this kind of service and support at this price - we were. Excellent company - 5 Starts to Kamatera! Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

The best part of the process was working with thier tech support that was VERY responsive and will to work through problems. Oren, our sales agent, was outstanding as well, being responsive and willing to help get me where we needed to be. Highly recommended!
