Dec 28,2024Horrible. They will write anything to your addicted child and somehow are the only place doing it. I suspect something illegal. I was seeing th e m and prescribed a highly addictive medication and they cut me off cold turkey without warning or reason. I swear this is true because I've experienced it. That is the sickest I've ever been. They're literally killing people and getting by with it for $150. Go ahead and risk it.

Between my doctor, the pharmacy, a the shortage of my prescription, obtaining my medication has not been easy. But the team at Medvidi has been kind and consistent throughout the process. Dec 23,2024On 11/10/2024 I paid $195 to see an online Dr for treatment of my severe anxiety and panic disorder. I explained to the provider that I have been on an anxiety medication for the past 8 years and it worked great for me, but due to my dr moving I had to find another provider to get my medication from. Christianah Adeduro was the provider I saw on an online video chat, she was 10 min late to the appointment and my appointment was supposed to last 30 min but it only lasted 10 at the most but I was ok with that because she said she would send over a different medication for me to try since I still had enough of my regular medication and she would refill my regular one when I needed. She said to call Medvidi on 12/1/2024 and she would send over my regular medication. I never received the first medication and I have been contacting Medvidi every day since 12/1/24. If I am able to speak to someone when I call I am told that they are sorry and they will send a msg to the provider and they assure me that I will have my prescription the following day. It is now 12/22/2024 and I still have not received the treatment that I paid for and no one at Medvidi will tell me what is going on. On their online patient portal it says that my meds are pending yet there are no medications listed. I was off my medication for 6 days which, due to the type of medication, put my life in danger because of the severe withdrawal that occurs when the med is stopped abruptly. I had multiple panic attacks, got very sick, had to miss 3 days of work, and I had to go to the ER to get meds to help me while I wait for Medvidi so send over my prescription. I requested my money back from Medvidi since they havnt provided the service I paid for. No one will even acknowledge that I am asking that. It seems all the e-mails and texts I have received from them are generic "canned" replies and do not address my issues.

Dec 23,2024Dr Griggs is an amazing Doctor. I wish I could see him as my regular family physician in my current town of Freeport Florida near Destin. He's extremely helpful and his staff has been great. Ryan was very helpful and it's reps like him that you wish you could talk to everytime you need help.

Dec 23,2024It has been 6 days still no medication , there brain dead of a help team keeps telling me the same thing every day ,” we will make it priority” yesterday they even said that it should be solved by the evening & as I expected nobody called . Customer service is absolutely useless it is like talking to a machine , I’m sure they read off a paper on what to say because they have absolutely helped nothing at all. Apologies mean absoutley nothing when 160$ is involved. I don’t want your apology I want the service i paid for completed.

Dec 21,2024I wish I hadn't. First off there are cheaper alternatives. They can't keep clinician so you think your meds are straightened out with one then the next one assigned to you changes it all up. I get that we go to these people for needed medicine but I can't wait to start going to a real in person psychiatrist who will truly listen to my unique individual needs and spend twice the time for the money with me. These are nothing more than new psychiatric nurses working under a real psychiatrist who doesn't see you so they can make a quick buck. Basically nothing more than 10 minute drug dealers.

Dec 20,2024I had a great experience. I saw doctor Mcall for anxiety and insomnia. I suffer from PTSD from an assault on my husband and I in which he died from shortly after. My anxiety issues began when I was diagnosed with HIV in my late teens. I did some jail time a few years ago and it made my PTSD even worse. I think the negative reviews that you read are from people trying to get meds for trauma that they have never truly experienced. It’s unfortunate that people try to abuse the system for medications when they aren’t appropriate. If you are truly suffering from trauma in your past and have serious issues with mental help I would definitely recommend trying this out. I was able to get an appointment the next day and my medication is being filled right now at my pharmacy. Not a scam

Dec 20,2024My intake and appointments went great and I really enjoyed the Dr. For the first couple of months things went smoothly. About a month ago I requested to have my pharmacy changed and that's when things feel apart. I could not get a response from the provider, the "help" line is just an answering service in another country and they can't do anything. I emailed the service center several times and the only thing they can tell me is they sent another request and labeled it "priority". Still no change. I WOULD NOT recommend this place.

Dec 15,2024The customer service representative I had today, which I should have asked for his name did an amazing job of performing services to help me without extra hassle or pressuring me to answer additional questions. He fixed my email address on file and took the time to ensure that we could have proper and professional contact moving forward. I am very grateful for the service that MEDvidi provides, although a little expensive (they never send me coupon codes anymore), but it has been crucial to my overall success and wellbeing the ability to access such a service.
