I encountered several significant issues that impacted my treatment: Missed Appointments: The doctor missed a total of 8 scheduled appointments with me. This caused considerable disruption to my schedule and delayed my treatment progress. Medication Delays: On multiple occasions, my prescribed medication was unavailable at the pharmacy. Each time this happened, I had to contact customer service, where I experienced long wait times and unhelpful responses. It typically took an additional 3 days for the medication to be sent to the pharmacy after these calls, further delaying my treatment. Misleading Information: During a phone call with customer service, I was incorrectly informed that I could not see a doctor until after my current medication ran out. This contradicted my understanding of scheduling policies and created unnecessary confusion. These repeated issues resulted in a gap in my treatment for almost a month. Jan 17,2025God awful service. Wait time on the phone is at LEAST an hour. Practitioners do not care for patients in the slightest. I have never dealt with this level of disregard and disrespect in a clinical setting, and that's saying a lot. Having a large patient load is not an excuse for what amounts to medical neglect. As a practitioner in veterinary medicine, if I were to ever speak to or treat my clients the way I was treated by Medvidi, I would be out of a job. I genuinely cannot believe how most of the practitioners could even get a job with their level of incompetence.

I had so much issues with finding a primary doctor in a new area and I decided to do online research for virtual healthcare and I was so excited that these comfort of ease of making appointments, video visits with my doctor, he got me right back on track with my medications, appointments, and prescriptions! Thank you so much for having this outstanding online healthcare service! It has been a life changing experience! Also the customer service support team is professional, quick to response if needed, truly helpful and reliable customer care service that actually is there for their patients. If I ever had questions they are always so quick to respond and ready to resolve! I appreciate and will point out that Eva has outstanding customer service and handled issues regarding a pharmacy matter within seconds of me requesting assistance, and Eva made sure I was taken care of and also even text/email/called to check on me as well, thank you so much and please I hope this passes along to her and your company and how customer service and great healthcare providers can actually make a difference in someone’s life! Jan 11,2025I scheduled and paid for my appt. Showed up on time. Waited for 30 min and doctor never showed up. Then I had to call customer service and wait on the line for OVER 2 hours before getting someone to reschedule my appt. I had my appt on a Saturday night and was told by the doctor he was sending my script in that night to the pharmacy. It is now Friday (almost 6 days later) and the pharmacy still doesn’t have the script. I have called every single day since my appt to get an update on where my script is, just to be told every time that they were ‘working on it ‘ …no other details. Today, after calling a 3rd time just today (9th time calling since my appt ) I was finally told that a supervisor would call me back. Instead, the doctor’s clinical advisor called me and said I was a no show to my appt and that is why my script wasn’t sent it. I told her that was insane because I definitely did have my appt. So now I have to wait for her to ‘look into it’ over the weekend and wait until Monday for yet another ‘update’. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in terms of customer service …especially something I paid a lot of money for and actually need. Update: My prescription was finally sent in to the pharmacy. And i will say that most of the people that I spoke to were friendly...just wish they had been more empowered to help me resolve my issue in a timely manner.

Jan 10,2025They only care about making money. My last two appointments costed over $250 and I didn't recieve my medication either time. The first time was because the pharmacy was out of stock and I communicated this to medvidi support but never heard back and the second time I was told my medication wouldn't be filled because I received my medication from a different company the last month (which I was forced to do because I never received my medication like I mentioned) but here's the thing, they only told me my medication wouldn't be filled after I already paid for the appointment, not beforehand. Plenty of other similar stories over the last several months I've been relying on this company only to be constantly stressed out over whether or not I'll have my medication month after month. They simply don't care about their customers at all. It's disgraceful.

Jan 09,2025Paid them and told them I have PANIC ATTACKS and no longer carry medical insurance only to have them me IMEDIATELY I will not be prescribing you Xanax. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST. They run a pay me only POS business.

After days of trying to connect with someone at Medvidi I am left in the dark, I have been on hold; position queue 1 for over 45 mins every time I call. DO NOT USE MEDVIDI: It is a scam

Jan 20,2025I booked the appointment solely because I wanted to find an alternative to Adderall, which had become ineffective after thirteen years of use. Thumbs down for Agnes Kwapong who failed to get the job done. Let me explain -I was taking 75 mg daily, even though I was informed that the prescription limit they would provide was up to 60 mg the provider failed to follow up, vaguely stating that I already had it in my possession. This cost me $149, and now I'm partially without medication, with no alternative solutions provided. It was a terrible experience and a huge mistake.
