Die 6-Kern-/12-Thread-CPU meistert die meisten Aufgaben locker – ich nutze sie beruflich für Datenanalysen und gelegentliches Video-Editing. Beim Export merkt man, dass eine dedizierte GPU helfen würde, aber für zwischendurch funktioniert’s echt gut!
2011年から使っていた古いパソコンの買い替えとして購入しました。 主にインターネットの閲覧やネットサーフィン用として使っています。Microsoft Officeは付属していませんが、ここ数年まったく必要としていないので特に気になりません。普段はGoogleのドキュメント、スプレッドシート、スライドなどを使っており、必要であればファイルの変換も簡単にできます。 付属の有線マウスとキーボードは使わず、手持ちのものをそのまま使っています。付属のものは一応保管用としてしまってあります。
タワー型パソコンの素敵な代替品です。

Update 27th April 2025 - I did eventually get my refund of both the item and customs charge. I don't feel inclined to recommend them still, but just to add a positive note, when "Shiney" started getting involved the process sped up a bit and Katherine on Discord was very helpful. But everything else about this process frankly sucked, so I wlll not be buying from them again. No efforts have been made to recitify the relationship, so...yeah, buy from someone else cause their first line customer support is the worst I've ever had to use. And the bar was low. Update 9th April 2025 - After reading a reddit post, I was recommended to get in touch with their Discord customer service. I spoke to "Katherine" who has been able to understand me, and has escalated the customs issue with a manager of the UK Store who will sort it for me - I am hopeful that might help but I will update once I have been contacted. Update 9th April 2025 - I managed to convince Parcel force to delivery the item amazingly. So now I am on to the pain of a return. THEY STILL have not refund my CUSTOMS fee on delivery as they said they would - they keep ignoring me when I asked and email once a day max, if at all. They are asking me to return the item to: Consignee:MG + Yousaf Address:33 Charles Avenue, Beeston, Lenton Abbey, Nottingham Zip code:NG9 2SH Which, if you check Google maps, is...a random house in England with no business address :/ they also say I will get a refund once it "returns to our warehouse", which I believe is going to be Germany. I have no hope of this actually arriving with them. Their email also says "once we receive your item we will send a replacement" despite there now being 70+ email where I have said in every one that I want a refund. Honestly, I'd rather jump off a cliff than deal with these people. Update 7th April 2025 - Still no item delivered, still no refund, an example of their email this morning: "Thank you for your letter. We apologise for not replying to you in time. Sincerely hope that we can have a friendly negotiation via email. Please be assured that we will definitely refund for you. Your refund is in progress with us." Update 3rd April 2025 - Their customer service team have asked for my address multiple times, my customs invoice twice, so they aren't really reading my emails. They have finally admitted they put an incomplete address on the shipping label at least. However, they have told me that I will not recieve a refund until DHL (Shipping co) do an automatic return to sender - this could take literally months, so I will be without my money because of Minisforum mistake for a long time. Furthermore, they just asked me to call the shipping company to ask them to return the item to sender...they are asking me to do their job for them lol (and I can't because as far as they are concerned, I am not the rightful recipient of the parcel due to the wrong address on the label). Joke company Wow. What a terrible experience. Issue is still ongoing so will update as it goes but do not buy from Minisforum UK. For one, it isn't UK, it is in Europe, item shipped from Germany. When I purchased the item it said "Free Duty Shipping". Item was shipped by DHL and handed off to Parcelforce. I waited a week and the item hadn't arrived before noticing a Parcelforce link in the DHL tracking which I followed. The link advised there was customs charges and it had been held up. Upon noticing this, I contacted Minisforum to find out why there is a customs charge needed to be paid. They responded by saying I need to pay the customs charge and they will refund me - this is not proper business practise which leads me to question the legitimacy of their operation. I paid the customs charge, only for Parcelforce to advise they can't deliver the item because the wrong address was used (no flat position). I checked the invoice to see if this was my mistake but no - my address is clearly labelled. My issue now is that Parcelforce won't allow me (the buyer) to change the address, so it will never be delivered. DHL did the first leg of the delivery from Germany, so now I will be relient on Minisforum contacting DHL, to rearrange delivery through Parcelforce - I am not hopeful that this will work out. Which leads me to the god awful customer service. I have been trying to communicate with them through the entire process by email. They have frequently ignored the contents of my emails, have refused to refund the customs charge until the item is delivered (which it can't be), and the broken English in the emails leads me to believe there is a communication barrier. Never again will I give this company my money, and I suggest you don't either. If you want a Minisforum device, go to Amazon or another vendor. But for me? I'd rather just buy another brand. This company have no idea what they are doing.
The company is very difficult to deal with especially when you request a refund even though an order is not fulfilled. I requested oder cancellation and refund for almost 10 times, and they never reply you as what they promised on website, YOU WILL GET A REPLY WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY. The whole expeirence is horrible and I have to say this is the most difficult company that I have dealt with. I have to escalate the case further to get my money back. Be careful when you buy products from their website.
I bought several mini PCs from them. When I contacted them because one of the fans broke and wanted to enquire about replacement part they replied "We are unable to send to Spain or Germany. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation."
Ma commande c'est bien passée, j'ai contacté le service client pour modifier celle ci par la suite et le service est réactif et compréhensif. C'est du bon matériel. J'ai commandé 4 MS-A1 et un DEG1 eGPU. Tout fonctionne parfaitement.
Ho acquistato per errore la versione del mini PC senza sdd, RAM e SO (la descrizione non mi é sembrata chiarissima). Ho effettuato un reso e appena riceverò il rimborso procederò con l'acquisto della versione "completa" che ho già nel carrello. 4 stelle perché non esiste un'assistenza in real time (solo tramite mail e messaggi Amazon).
I am happy with the overall experience with the product and the company so far! I purchased the product, it did have a 1+ month delay as they were out of stock in Europe, however I received a €20 compensation for this delay credited back to my account. Recently my original charger stopped working, I messaged the EU support, and they sent me an Amazon link to purchase myself and afterwards refunded my account in 1 days after supplying them with the receipts! It is a bit a annoying that they dont sell pen tips separately, as the magnets on the pen are not very strong and when you drop the pen, the tips bent very easily. You have to purchase a whole new pen just to change the tips. The Microsoft Surface pen is much much more durable and better overall. It is also they don't sell original chargers separately. However I am very happy overall with the product and the company's attitude and communication.
I received a replacement unit after sending back my original Minisforum MS-01 Workstation (Intel Core i9-13900H, Barebone) due to system crashes and network connection issues. The replacement process took a few weeks, but that wasn’t a problem for me. Now, I am very happy with the new device, and everything is working perfectly. I’m especially impressed by the versatile interfaces and the powerful performance with low energy consumption.

Apr 03,2025It comes with 2 x 2.5" HDD bays and 2 M.2 slots, so upgrading storage down the line should be no problem. WiFi works decently too with the external antennas, though don’t expect much from the “manual”—it’s more like a plug-and-play guide.
