Apr 06,2025MS01 worked very well for about a month, then freezed two times. Ater power recycling it started again, but the third time it freezed, it never restarted. Power adapter led was blinking. Followed instructions and wrote to the support center. They asked me twice my order number and serial number, then disappeared completely. No more answer to my emails. What can I do to have a refund?

Apr 05,2025Ordered a new product because they showed the ship date as being only a few weeks away "end of March". When that date was missed, I asked to have the order cancelled. Instead of cancelling, they responded it will be another 30+ days. I've sent multiple requests for cancellation but they refuse to do so. "You have purchased a pre-sale product which is expected to be shipped from Hong Kong to the warehouse in Germany in early April, The shipping time is approximately 18-23 days, please be patient and wait for the stock to arrive. After the equipment arrives at the German warehouse, we will arrange shipment for you and update the tracking number."

They take way too long to respond to you and by the time they do respond to you, you are past the 30-day "guarantee" and they will not offer a refund but instead, give you really terrible IT support where they have you download 3rd party programs that are initially free but then require payment for the actual fixes. Minisforum oversells their products. They make un-optimized and inefficient PCs that will crash playing any game in the lowest of settings. Want to plug in an eGPU to fix that problem? It will fry your eGPU. I used their own Minisforum dock with their overrated AtomMan mini PC and it fried my RTX 3080. I should've just kept saving up for an actual PC instead of their terrible mini PCs. Scummy company.

Apr 05,2025I bought a mini PC that stopped working after just a year. Support initially promised a replacement and to cover shipping, but after a month of back-and-forth and changing their stance, I ended up paying out of pocket. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
