I got Zappi in Jan 2021. I rarely use at home since it was cheaper to charge at office at reduced rate. Only during summer, I had used based on Solar generation. First major fault happened in Nov 2023 just before warranty expiration where cable was not able to release. After several communication and convincing them that it is under warranty, and since it was luckily 1 month within warranty so it got repaired. Now in Dec 2024, its got into another issue with error code #2418. Same like other customers, the request to repair was straight away rejected as this is now out of warranty and as per them its out of date product. They tried to sell their refurbished units with 1 year warranty. It looks like Zappi only works during warranty with lifetime of 3 years and as soon as warranty are suppose to be over, they remotely update firmware so that unit stops working. Beware of these scammers.

Had a problem with low charge rate when on fast from my Zappi. Tom replied very promptly and guided me through some checks, which showed that the Zappi was fine but it was my car retricting the charge rate in cold weather. Tom replied very quickly to all my messages. Excellent support.

My zappi developed a fault. After logging this into myenergi support system in the evening it was resolved the next day (remote firmware upgrade - that's the way how things are fixed these days :-). Great communication, speedy resolution, thank you Tom W.

Great customer service from Tom - went through everything - at my pace - on the phone, to sort out my (self inflicted )issue, that would have probably led to a divorce if not fixed smartly 🤪. Harmony has been restored.

Had a problem after changing my internet provider and contacted myenergi who got back to me very quickly and with toms help he diagnosed a fault with my hub . As it was still in warranty Sara sent out a replacement hub the next day . Both myenergi staff were excellent in solving my problems, thank you Tom and Sara .

Was having problems connecting new Zappi 2 to internet. Good initial correspondence and then Tom phoned to go through it with me. He was very polite and good and we managed to connect without a problem. Thanks once again Tom for you patience.

I have a full MyEnergi set up with 5KW inverter, 10kw Libbi, Zappi, and Eddi. I had a fault with my inverter suddenly not charging my Libbi at the correct rate. I checked the firmware release and found it needed updating but this did not resolve the issue. Spoke to Jack on the triage team who was very helpful and after reviewing my issue escalated to the technical support team. Akrum came back very quickly and helped me through some update processes. After following his clear instructions the inverter was still charging below the expected rate and Akrum then did a remote reboot to improve the operation of the heat foils. This has now sorted the issue. Overall the response from the support team was excellent.

Outstanding customer service from the myenergi team following a faulty eddi. Quickly replaced the unit and instigated a warranty engineer to install. Technical department were easily connected to resolve software issues. Top marks well done!

Contacted tech support and as always extremely polite and helpful Given clear instructions to update firmware which worked very well and has hopefully resolved the problem Excellent company if you need an EV charger they are the ones to use

I have always found Myenergi responsive when I have had an issue and the tech team have been able to help and or guide me through what to do. The system works extremely well, I have a full Myenergi system, Zappi for our car, Eddi for heating water and a Libbi for our 10KW/hr battery storage and 4KW/hr Solar Panels. The only time we have had issues is when the internet fails. Boiler fault tripper the breaker this time.
