Was a good product, i had 2, but with an not requested update, with some bogus arguments, we cannot log in the app any more. How to make a good product worthless. At Myenergy they know just that! In the meantime i can use the app again. I lost more than an hour to get it working, just because Myenergi did'nt find it usefull to inform their customer about an update that is useless to their customer. It is in any case not faster, whihc was/is one of the issues with the zappi app.

Sent a couple of emails regarding the app that stopped working on my phone, guidance given and unit reset remotely logged back on now working fine

I had a problem connecting to my system after an app update - with just a few emails it was resolved very quickly and within just 8 hours - very impressed

had My Zappi installed last week it will not connect WIFI Instructions are scrap checked on youtube tried for days resetting it will not produce a reg code these have soft ware problems a lot of people have the same issues the company will not address these Rubbish Rubbish i have told me installer to remove it

I purchased a Myenergi Zappi in March 2023. It has work faultless, last week the screen went blank so contacted Myenergi, with a couple of email back and forth, they sent a replacement charger without question. Many thanks to the 2 staff who I had contact with

Had the zappi for 11 months now and I've had no end of issues with it I am constantly trying to get one issue or another issue resolved and currently have 2 issues in progress with them but I'm not getting a response Trying to get through to them is a mare as currently on hold for an hour already Absolutely don't recommend! The support is non existent, not once have they suggested an engineer come out to resolve all the issues I am having 1. The schedule disappears off the app and have to reset 2. Have to activate the schedule everytime you charge, urs not clever enough to know that if you've set up the schedule for the whole week that it should work of you plus in the charger 🤦‍♀️ 3. Schedule activated but charge sometimes stops part way through so you don't get a full charge 4. When the schedule does work it doesn't stop when you want it to so ot goes over to the higher tariff and you end up over paying by 50 a month ehich they don't care about Don't get responses to emails and on hold for hours to speak to someone

I've had issues with my Zappi since 15th July, they closed the ticket without looking into it. I chased to see why, then asked to upgrade the to v5 after the the unit stopped working. I assume v5 firmware added new error detection as it picked up a contactor fault on the 28th July. New part ordered 4th Aug, not installed until 31st Aug due to my holiday, engineer come to install the part said it needs a full unit replacement due to other issues. Myenergi now are saying its down to "water ingress" however the unit hasn't had any water ingress and you can still see the brick dust in the photo sent from myenergi to myself. Quickly change the story to moisture on the contact. Won't be recommending them to anyone else if this is how they treat people when they have an issue with the components.

Myenergi Awesome products and tech support. I have been installing there products for a few years now and have loved installing them. I have just done a refresher course for the zappi with Johnathan. He was top class and throughly enjoyed the webinar. All the best mate and thankyou for passing on your knwoledge.

Things went south very quickly in the following weeks of owning the Myenergi Libbi & Zappi. Nothing works properly. We're constantly having to get in touch with support to get duplicate devices removed from the app, which reappear a few days later (seems to happen every time our internet cuts out). Our car will only charge for 30 seconds at a time, and then stops, only to go through the whole (up to 10 minutes wait) 'smart' charge process. We'd be better off using a 3-pin plug, as last night the Zappi managed to put a massive 20 miles into the car! I wish we could rip it all out and go with a different system at this point, but alas we're stuck with it now. Would not recommend this system to anyone as it stands. I'm guessing it's probably fine if you're extremely lucky and it all just works, but sadly that's not been the case with our install.

I reached out to Myenergi support with regards to an issue I was having updating to Firmare V5 - I received a personal reply within a few minutes with step by step instructions on how to update my Hub / Eddi / Zappi. Super Customer Support from Ryan

Da tre anni uso con grande soddisfazione i prodotti Myenergi: Zappi per caricare le mie EV, Eddi per scaldare l'acqua calda della casa quando ho un surplus dall'impianto fotovoltaico, Hub per monitore i consumi da cellulare. Proprio recentemente ho avuto problemi con l'Hub. Il servizio di assistenza dopo aver valutato il problema mi ha spedito un nuovo Hub e mi ha seguito passo passo per rimettere in funzione il mio impianto. Grazie a Lily, grazie Matthew.

We bought a Zappi unit approximately 2 years ago and had faultless service from it, then when it did go wrong, contacted Myenergi and spoke with a chap called Akrum and the personnel service was excellent no quibble and we had a new unit sent and installed within a week. We have had further niggles which were actually not due to the Zappi but the car, and Akrum continued to assist until the matter was resolved. Exellent service...

I had a problem with a Hub that no longer communicated with the other parts of the system (Zappi, Harvi). After a couple of fault finding phone calls with Myenergi technical service it was determined the Hub was defective. A new one was sent out quickly and then the installation process was completed by my Myenergi installer. Everything now works as it should and the firmware updated successfully.

Zappi charger combined with the app, is by far the best on the market in my opinion. All backed up with instant help on the phone from the support team. You don't need to be technical minded if you can just pick up the phone and the team talk you through any issues. 100%

Lily responded very quickly to my request for help with resolving the reloading of my previously registered Zappi and Eddi devices into my Myenergy Account. Getting the settings correct had proven slightly difficult for me and in error I had set both vHubs on at the same time which crashed the App on my ipad. I also discovered that whilst the Eddi information showed the wifi was ON (was ticked), in fact it was actually OFF. By the time Lily emailed me I had resolved the issue and the system was up and running OK. So I didn't really need her help but full marks for the quick response and her interest in my problem. As an aside, I would comment generally that trying to reload previously registered devices into the Myenergi account is problematic because I found that I had to treat the devices as 'not connected to the internet' as advised in a help document by Dr Chris. However the devices appeared not to load initially into the account but suddenly appeared the next day. All very frustrating!
