The blind they sent was 2cm short. Messaged their customer services and 8 days on I've heard absolutely nothing. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole
The metal track with plastic sliders glides very smoothly, even with thick blackout curtains that are the maximum length (therefore, quite heavy). 2.4m wide track, so came in 2 parts. Sadly, the assembly instructions, which were in pretty small print, were not easy to follow and it took me a few goes to get it right joining them and making sure the magnetic sliders were in the middle etc. I wanted to order extra sliders but forgot to add them to the order. Phoned up a few mins later and they were very helpful and sorted it very quickly for me. Delivery was a little slow but not bad. Overall pretty pleased and would use them again.
My original order, a net/voile curtain pole arrived bent, I think damaged in transit. But New Edge Blinds were very quick to respond and immediately offered me a replacement or refund. I opted for replacement and my new order was dispatched the same day. Excellent service. Very happy customer 😊👍
I ordered 3 roller blinds for my living room 2 were perfect 1 was broken after trying to get another blind sorted out a few phone calls another was sent out and it’s great thanks guys

Excellent product ,good quality and easy to fit.I have dakea roof light windows and the blind fit exactly to size .The only criticism I have is that I had no communication about delivery day/time from the courier they just turned up

I would give zero stars if I could. My whole experience with this company has been shocking. Blinds delivered late due to being damaged in transit. Not comms from them, I managed to contact the courier and was told order damaged. When blinds did arrive one was damaged with stitching not finished and coming undone. The second blind was 1.7cm’s fully assembled less than the order width so does not fit They proceeded to tell me this is within their tolerances so it’s correct. How can a made to measure product be nearly 2 cms smaller than the ordered size and be OK for a blind??? My advice is don’t use this company as they cannot guarantee sizes and cannot deliver a an undamaged product.
I ordered blinds which took one & a half weeks to be delivered due to there chosen delivery providers.. then the day before my customers install of said blinds they turn up damaged after there couriers handling or throwing.. it takes another week & half to action a return & now 4-5 weeks on Still No Refund????? Shocking avoid at all costs 👎🏽
After a bad start, I now have received my blind and it’s very nice, it was the delivery that let the side down but is well now.
Delivery awful - left outside an unoccupied holiday cottage with a different house name clearly showing on the photo as ‘proof of delivery’ I suggested an apology and the return of the delivery charge (as delivery was supposed to be to my house not somewhere that took me 20minutes in the car to find!) might be in order but have heard nothing back. It is the supplier’s responsibility to use reliable delivery services.
