Terrible service. Left a whole block of flats without any running water for over 24 hours. Didn't offer to supply bottled water. Told multiple lies about it being resolved. Said people were "on site" when the technicians were telling us Newton hadn't even instructed them so they couldn't fix it. No communication or apology from Newton.

Terrible company! I had repairs done to my roof for which I paid my portion of the repairs in a timely manner however I received numerous letters from Newton requesting payment and they then passed my details on to a debt collection company despite assurances from them that it was sorted. Also a few months ago I received my quarterly bill with an extra £200 communal electricity charge which I was told was due to bills being missed by Newton over the last few years

Absolutely shocking company. Their lack of care and transparency makes them barely functional as a property management company. They have a ridiculous turnover in staff - our property managers barely last more than a few months. Our estate has gone way downhill under their 'management'.

Just wanted to say thanks so much to Sam Stewart at Newton Property for being uber professional in his responses to some questions we asked recently about our block of flats. When people respond promptly with an open acknowledgment of issues or questions, whether or not they are in a position to change things immediately, it makes such a vast difference to clients to receive this type of tangible support. Sam has also moved super fast to resolve a long-standing parking issue (amazing!) and has kept us well informed re progress with other questions. It must be tough sometimes, dealing with everyone's questions and complaints, so a massive well done for being polite and informative in every communication - we really appreciate it!

Just wanted to express how great Laura our property manager is, she’s on the ball and very quick to resolve any problems or issue we have in the block. Most recently the install of our common hall carpet which was carried out very quickly under Lauras instruction. Thanks again Laura, you’re a star!

As a rule, Lewis at Newton's responds quickly to any concerns raised by myself and neighbours in our building. When we were with a different factor the gutters would overflow every year, causing water damage to the building. Our gutters are now regularly cleaned before a problem emerges. Communications are clear and polite, the billing is concise and any extra work is properly detailed. Most recently I noticed a neighbouring building's chimney was cracked and crumbling and sent Lewis a photo, which he responded to immediately, going as far as to contact the factors responsible. Highly recommend.

The general schedule for grass cutting and cleaning consistently keeps the place looking good. There had been communication issues for any one off issues raised over the past while, due to personnel changes with their Property Manager - yet they have struck gold once more with the appointment of April McCallum. These reviews are all about our recent experience and 5 stars is appropriate for April's crisp communication, rapid action and competent, attentive response which she provides on behalf of NPM - a great appointment and good work.

Newton have been 'ground maintenance' factors on the housing estate I live on for 15 years plus. Their billing is accurate and detailed and the contractors they employ do an excellent job. A fairly complex issue I raised with them recently was handled, and fully resolved, professionally and with great courtesy by William. It's a pleasure to deal with this company.

John has been a great property manager - always in contact and new fails to delivery. He conducted our recently AGM perfectly - was informative and allowed everyone to get their points accross

I would give 0 stars if I had the option. Con-artists is probably the best name for this company. They charge what they want when they want. Our block pay over 2k every quarter for “cleaning” yet to see value for money. Not to mention repeated charges to look at the playground , fixing bin sheds keep them very busy out almost every quarter lol. When I asked for a copy of the contractors invoiced I was told I would have to pay £5 a copy! Sold my flat and got hit with random charges in excess of £100 after I moved out! I received a bill for someone else after I moved out. I realised my direct debit was still being taken after I sold and I had serious difficulties getting answers regarding my final bill. One min I was in credit of over £300 the next it’s in the £200s. Property manager “Leslie” is not helpful! after my flat was damaged by a leak in the top floor I was given no positive options pretty much left to fix the problem myself. Worst experience and I will never purchase a property being managed by newton! even if it’s my dream home.

My property manager has not contacted me in over a week regarding the message I left him on his his phone which was transferred to him from the person who took my call.This not returning calls is not the first time this person has not done his job!I no longer require the services from Newton whilst I must add that other departments within the company have provided me with good service.

Better than previous factor in that they respond to queries. Staff in office are courteous and good at helping with contacting neighbours, billing, change of ownership queries etc. Unfortunately as an organisation they did little more than maintain the bare minimum rather than improve development. Large issues which needed coordinating and leadership were largely ignored or status quo maintained. These would have taken time rather than simply yielding profit. Unfortunately very little improvement in development and very minimal communication / contact with residents to inform or canvass opinion on priority repairs and improvements.

I have always found Chantelle to be very proactive and approachable with any inquiries/problems. I am in the middle of a roof problem and will be interested to see how it is all resolved. Our flats are in Prestwick and Newton have been streets ahead of other factors we have used and try to use local businesses.

Never respond to emails. Do not get vital work carried out on property. Taking money under false pretences. We have been waiting weeks for action. Dreadful company.

Newton Property Management and our Property Manager, Stuart Clements, are doing a first class job managing our development. Stuart is responsive, professional and effective whenever an issue is raised. He has been extremely supportive to us in helping to resolve a complex issue in very difficult circumstances. Stuart has gone above and beyond what would be expected on many occasions. We would definitely recommend Newton Property Management to other developments.

Newton property have always been responsive and effective in resolving any issues arising in our property. We have a very good relationship with our Property Manager Stuart Clements who takes on board any problems and seeks a cost effective resolution, managing any suppliers as required.

I have dealt with our property manager on a few occasions and anytime I get in touch with him, he is very prompt in responding to the queries I have. He also puts resolutions in place when required and recently organised for a tree to be lopped/cut back that had become overgrown and the branches were hanging close to our property.
