The call with the LMHC was so thorough, they went what it means if your dog is a PSD, what to say when asked if your dog is a service dog, and provided great details about what travel would look like with a PSD. I highly recommend!!!

She took the time to hear about my struggles and was patient when sharing all the knowledge she had to offer. She was also very quick with the turnaround time and offered more post-interview assistance than I could’ve asked for. It was an extreme pleasure being able to work with her!

Jan 25,2025The LCSW that I worked with to get my ESA letter was extremely knowledgeable of the process. He was able to answer all of my questions and kept in touch with me every step of the way. I am happy with the services I received and would recommend it to those whose therapists/psychiatrists would recommend getting a pet to help with mental health but are not knowledgeable on how to write a letter for one.
