Mar 02,2025Process was quick, easy, and reputable. Theresa was so helpful and kind, I’m very happy with her and I got my letter. I would definitely recommend using official pets to get an ESA letter. Additionally, Theresa and I’d assume other professionals you’ll be connected with offer to speak with landlords after issuing you your letter too if needed. Amazing and overall couldn’t be happier with the service.

Feb 27,2025This process was so simple and for someone dealing with mental issues at the time of getting it done it was like a breath of fresh air. The therapist are very calming and supportive. I will continue using them for all my renewals. The entire process from start to finish took about 5 mins and I was in contact with someone from the company immediately and therapist called back within a short period of time and I had my letter same day. Awesome company and thanks for helping people with mental issues keep your support animal with you. Bluu and I are very grateful.

She not only listened to me and HEARD all my concerns with compassion, but she explained to me a few things I wasn’t aware of and walked me through the process. She was totally understanding and patient with me. She gave me the tools to help me find my way and suggested a few other tactics I could employ to better my life. Feb 22,2025I was a little skeptical with paying online for this service as there are a lot of scams out there but I had an excellent experience with Gaby and I got the ESA letter the same day. Gaby was very knowledgeable and caring during the call and made sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend her.

This service is very trustworthy and she was very attentive and caring in the initial call and I received the necessary forms and documents the same day and when I needed her help later for verification, she took care of it within an hour. Would highly recommend.
