Feb 11,2025My entire experience with Official pets was wonderful from start to finish. Leon was fantastic and super kind, and he went above and beyond to make sure that my apartment complex accepted both of my pets as emotional support animals. He was also very responsive through text whenever I had questions about the process. With so many scam ESA sites out there, I'm so grateful I was able to find Official Pets. I was really nervous about my building not accepting both of my pets as ESAs, but Leon was so reassuring and helpful. If you need an ESA letter, this is the company to go through!

Very simple process - that didn’t require an invasive questionnaire. Better than many of the other websites. Grateful to be able to have my dog recognized as ESA for work.

Feb 04,2025Very simple. My primary provider was not allowed to write me an ESA letter so I had to resort to online. One phone call and in less than 10 min I got my letter. Pet screening approved and verified!

They made this entire process so much easier, especially because I don’t have access to Doctors near me due to insurance and being from a different place. Thank you so much!

Feb 01,2025Leon was amazing. I requested an ASAP letter and he called almost immediately. The ESA experience has been incredible difficult and daunting when trying to find a local provider to speak to. Some waitlists are over a year long. When researching other options and hearing many local providers refer patients to online resources instead, I came across so many reviews mentioning OfficialPets and Leon. I did not feel judged for even a moment when I went over my history. Leon made everything simple and judgement free. I highly recommend officialpets to anybody who is scared to start, what seems like, an impossible and overwhelming process.
