So easy to use, installation team (Miles and Chris) were amazing and really know their stuff! and the aftersales and technical advise is great! Thank you for all your help and would definitely recommend this company!

Apr 25,2021Just had my Dubai hot tub installed. Online Spas kept me informed all day. Chris and Miles broke down en route and went above and beyond to make sure I still got it today. They just left at 10pm. Installation was great and they worked hard to get it into a tricky access garden. Hot tub is filled and heating overnight having installed it in the dark. Can't wait to try it out tomorrow..Thank you Miles and Chris. Amazing service!!!

Apr 25,2021I was so impressed with this company from start to finish. Helping me select the ideal spa, keeping me updated regularly on delivery and installation. The Sicilian Spa certainly has the wow factor, and its an amazing price too compared to other stores we have looked at. It looks amazing in our garden, stress free installation from super friendly guys that took the time to explain the functions in length. Online Spas kept in touch even after delivery, ensuring we had no problems or questions, the aftercare really impressed me! A 5* review off me, dont think of going anywhere else! Online Spas really deliver a top service.

Apr 24,2021started off on the bad foot told them access was limited so would need to lift the tub over a fence turned up with no lifting straps so had to take a fixed fence panel out to get it in was told it was a plug and play but after plugging it in it kept on blowing fuses had an electrician look at it and told me know way was it a plug and play and would need hard wiring upon installation found out the heater wasn't working as it should and was in fact leaking since then we have had 3 heaters since and still not working and still leaking after 2 months the customer service is shocking they just keep fobbing you off with one excuse after another it's just seems they have my money and are not interested any more

Apr 22,2021Brilliant service from ordering through to delivery. They set our spa up and its lush!! The only issue we had was we didn't get the extra dimensions for the cover lifter so unfortunately it didn't fit where we wanted it to go, but they exchanged it with some chemicals with no fuss at all! They were going to make sure the dimensions were added on for the covers for future orders. Many thanks Fallon

Apr 12,2021Rang online spas sales office on the Monday, expecting to wait 8 weeks or so, by the friday it was on my patio filled installed ready to go. Fitters where excellent hot tub is ace. 100% recommend

Apr 12,2021After searching online for our spa I decided to place and order with this company and take advantage of their finance. Circa 5 hours later I got a really random call from a mobile I didn’t recognise, the guy said all finance applications had failed due to a systems issue. He stated even Richard Branson would fail and offered to do another application over the phone. When I told him I wasn’t prepared to do it over the phone he became very rude and pretty agitated saying I don’t know what the problem is I already have most of your details. I refused again and he bluntly said fine I will cancel your order, not the most professional individual.
