Apr 04,2021We love our hot tub from Online Spas. Service from start to finish was fantastic and the delivery guys Ste and Rich were great and very knowledgeable. All setup and running in no time and even though my install was very hard via a neighbours they went well and truly above and beyond in very cold temperatures too. We’ve been in it every day since install and love it. Thanks guys and cheers to Online Spas. 👍

Competitively priced product and the exact spec we were looking for. Completely over the moon to have it in for Easter. Big thanks to Miles and Dan for making the long journey and being so thorough and professional in installing the tub and giving us full instructions! Very happy to recommend this company

Mar 25,2021Brilliant from start to finish , staff in the office really accommodating as I had a few delays on my install date due to problems on my end constructing the area for it to be sited yet the office worked with me , then came the install date the lads phoned with an eta and ensured COVID requirements could be met on arrival inspected site ensured they could get the spa in they located it and set about installing always keeping me informed of what and why things were been done , then came the brief on user controls etc brilliant from start to finish

Mar 25,2021I ordered the hot tub last year and was told it would be here in March which it was. The fitting was quick and easy and the installation team left me everything I needed to ensure my tub was up and running when they left. Would recommend this firm if your looking my for a hot tub

Mar 25,2021I engaged a lot of businesses when searching for a hot tub, the sales advisor from online spas was very knowledgable & assisted picking out a model that best suited what I was looking for, they were honest & upfront about availability & delivery timescales, l found other suppliers to be pushy & unreassuring. I decided to place my order with Online spas, it was seamless, they also offered a great interest free option. The delivery took place ahead of my promised date, the installation engineers went above & beyond during the install, very polite, knowledgable & couldn’t do enough. The hot tub quality is fantastic & I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

Mar 24,2021It was a little difficult with the communication at times as we purchased our hot tub during lockdown and most people were working from home. Once we placed our order for the Rio delivery was made within a couple of weeks. The men delivering the hot tub were very helpful and installed the spa and showed us how it all worked within an hour and a half. I was a little disappointed the the outer shell was much darker than the picture on the website as I would have preferred a lighter grey and maybe we should of waited for either to Roma or Sicilian to come into stock and ordered them. I would recommend using Online Spas to any of our friends
