Apr 14,2025The first operative could not complete the job due to a lack of correct tools. The second operative smashed the main oven door rendering it unusable Many telephone calls to mainly disinterested people resulted in the delivery of the wrong replacement door of wrong size and without a handle. Further calls resulted in a handle being delivered. Wrong one again! More calls resulted in a promise that a third operative would call to repair the damage and that he had all of the parts needed. Guess what? He didn't have any parts and stated that he had attended expecting to effect a clean! It has been necessary for me to purchase a new oven. The company do not respond to e-mails and all but one of the people who I have spoken to on the telephone have been useless! This saga started on 18th February and is ongoing. This account is true.

Apr 13,2025Dont use this company, i booked online for oven clean and paid £20 which they asked for and a few days before they were due to come they rang for the remaining while on the phone they asked me would i like my hob cleaned i agreed to this, and they then asked would i like my extracter fan cleaned i said no they said if i change my mind let the cleaner know on the day they were also trying to sell me liners and to get oven cleaned .next time and id get a discount very pushy the cleaner came cleaned the oven just wiped around the hob and wiped around the stainless steel of the hood it took him 45 mins from start to finish he then said how will you pay the extra £35 i said for what he said for the extracter fan i said i didnt ask for that he said sorry but its down i said well how do you clean the fan he said you take the filters out and put them in something i thought you didnt do that you just wiped around it i shouldnt have paid him when he had gone i thought im not happy with this rang customer service, they asked me to send photos took them 3 days to get back to me they said they would come back and redo it i said i didnt want them coming back i said i want a refund after several emails nothing hence this review. (THEY CON PEOPLE)

Apr 13,2025Adam the oven cleaner was FANTASTIC and did a brilliant job. However, I did not appreciate constant texts and phone calls at 0830 asking me about cleaning microwaves, dishwashers, hobs etc etc when I’d stated from the start I only wanted an oven clean . Requested 12-5pm and was given 9-12pm which wasn’t convenient. Very impressed with the cleaner but not the company.

Apr 12,2025Not really impressed. Was okish. Racks weren’t cleaned properly and the bits around fittings were still dirty. Very rushed. Not impressed. Was here no more than 20 minutes.

Apr 12,2025Dealt with Steve in Southampton, top bloke. Getting the oven and hob cleaned ahead of rental hand back. He was extremely quick and thorough with the clean, no messing about. He even gave me a hand moving a piano from my flat to the removal van in the middle of cleaning! Would definitely use him again.

Apr 11,2025This is the 3rd time i've posted about this company. After I was let down on the day of my oven clean I asked for a refund. I provided my bacs details on 20th March...no refund. I emailed again on 4th April...still no refund. I've contactec them again today...no reply so far. I think they have no intention of refunding me. I think they are a scam company. Ref#167969

Apr 11,2025Never stop hassling you! I used them in 2022 prior to moving out of my house, and explained I would not need them moving forwards. I have explained this repeatedly to them for the goodness knows how many times they have called. I no longer even own an oven for them to clean! But still they promise to remove me from their call list, and 2 weeks later the non stop calls start again. If you want peace and quiet don't use them, find a nice local independent instead. They do a better job, and don't drive you mad.
