Apr 17,2025Very happy with this service. I had my double oven and extractor fan cleaned. Communication beforehand was very good then on the day the cleaner came on time and provided speedy, thorough professional service rescuing my grimy oven and fan and returning them to a clean shiny state. Will definitely return to them for future cleaning services.

Apr 17,2025We recently used their oven clean service and were disappointed with the quality of clean. When the cleaner arrived he informed us that he’d never seen an extractor hood of this kind before. This is fine as everyone can’t be familiar with everything. However, since the clean, we’ve used the cooker and hood a few times and there’s a lot of residual substance dripping from the extractor. I appreciate that a clean can’t be perfect but, for £140, I think the service the company provides is poor. From my own inspection of the extractor hood, I can see that there is still a substantial amount of grime and grease. If the extractor is actually unusual, that’s fair enough but I wasn’t asked about the type at the time of booking. They were more interested in asking for payment and trying to upsell. I subsequently cleaned the extractor hood myself and within 15 minutes had done what apparently couldn't be done by the 'professional' in an hour. I emailed the company twice to raise my concerns but have received no reply. Yet, when booking, they were exceptionally quick to contact me and make my money. It seems that the company aren't interested in good customer service and even less interested in after-sales care. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Apr 16,2025We have just moved into our new home and the previous owner left the oven in an 'unacceptable' state, the grease was thick, you couldnt see through the glass dorr etc. I called Oven Support, the call taker was helpful and booking an appointment was easy. I paid a deposit and they called again the day before the ckean fir the balance. As promised they called before they arrived, they were quick, clean, friendly and punctual. They were efficient, and didn't mind at all about how dreadful the oven was, they weren't here long, (there were two as one was learning) by the time they left the oven gleaned like new. I would absolutely recommend Oven Support, legends

Apr 16,2025Patrick had car trouble on his way to me, he called me made me aware of the situation he had actually broken down as he entered my long road and he said he would walk down to me as the AA were going to be an hour He still managed to clean my oven and he made a very good job of it and then he had to go to Birmingham to pick up a new vehicle Patrick your a star

Apr 15,2025WOW!!!! Excellent service received today by Simon. On time, polite and fantastic oven clean. Spent time and my oven and hob are gleaming. No mess, cleaned up everything. Admittedly the calls can be annoying but to be fair if they never called I wouldn't have booked. Definitely recommend especially Simon he was amazing!!!!

Apr 15,2025If I could give zero stars I would! The company took the booking, took the payment and failed to show up on the day. Awful customer service, they couldn’t even tell me what had gone wrong from the cleaner or the office, no real apologies apart from the usual “it’s not my fault” from the guy on the phone! Asked for refund and told it will take 28 days! Took half day holiday for this, so frustrating, plenty of choice of oven cleaner companies, this is not the one to book with! Avoid at all costs!

My oven and trays etc look brand new and he left the kitchen spotless. 100% recommend this company and I’ll be booking again maybe sooner than the 3 years to make his job easier!!
