Found navigating the website really quick and easy - fantastic add on services all priced up so you can see in advance the costs - ended up with a next day service ! Ben arrived as booked and did a fantastic job on my oven and hob. No fuss, no mess, no smells ! I will certainly be using again and can’t recommend highly enough ! Thanks Ben !

Apr 23,2025Avoid at all cost; scratched 3 of my Smeg black oven doors with a scourer, even after cleaning the pan stands twice, it’s still full of dirt and grime.used one dirty cloth to literally wipe down everything including the gas hob and oven racks. Oven door seals still filthy, seriously I could have done a better job myself. Spoke to customer services twice whilst Matt was attempting to reclean. Emailed pictures of the clean. Apparently they’re going to ring me tomorrow. Cleaner sneaked off without letting me know, soo unprofessional, very disappointed. I only paid the deposit but have been left with damage that’s gonna cost more to repair, I will be contacting trading standards if cooker isn’t repair within a reasonable timeframe by which I mean weeks not months like other reviewers have been Waiting.

Apr 23,2025Booked 4 weeks in advance, they tried to rearrange but I said I couldn’t as I’m on hols that week that’s why I had booked it for that day. He said I would be booked in for 9-12. Day before I get a message to say it’s now 12-3, I then get a message to say cleaner is running late as first call took longer. He wanted to come at 5.30pm I said no and wanted a refund. I paid £90 in total let’s see how long it takes for a refund. Reply below they are fully aware as it is them I have been speaking to and they said it is out of their control, so they are aware what is going on.

Apr 22,2025The actual oven clean was passable (not great, not terrible), but the literal harassment you get afterwards is off the chart. Just a constant string of sales calls, which they make impossible for you remove yourself from. If you're thinking about getting somebody to clean you oven, pick just about any other company but this one.

Apr 19,2025Couldn’t make the time of the booking so we had to cancel as wasn’t another time we could do , end of tenancy. We are still waiting to get refunded 3 months on they are only interested in rebooking which isn’t needed. Beware seems like a scam company. Details sent to company with receipt number after a partial refund of 20 pounds has been given. Disgusting service from oven support.

Apr 17,2025Had my double oven cleaned today by Scott. He was polite and professional, he took his time explaining what he was doing and he did a very good job I was very pleased overall. He took pride in what he did. The only negative is the oven liners I ordered were not given to me at the time of the clean this is disappointing apparently, they follow on in the post as the oven cleaning staff are not allowed to carry them which I find frustrating and strange? It would have made perfect sense to line and protect the clean oven floors straight away after being cleaned? Now… after reading some horrendous reviews where customers have never received their oven liners despite contacting the company directly I’m hoping that I will receive mine as soon as possible! Other than that, I’m satisfied hence only giving a 4 star review as opposed to 5 stars!
