A little disappointed and concerned when first appointment was cancelled at fairly short notice but the replacement installation date was kept and the installer was excellent and got on with the installation without any fuss and did a really neat job. Set up the charger and explained and demonstrated it. Pleased with the service
Excellent service, colleague was very knowledgeable, gave lots of information.
It wasn’t a simple process to book an installation slot that worked, the installer did not phone up in advance as stated and didn’t tidy up behind them. I was then contacted to say that another visit is required to install a ‘missing part’ which has started the whole trial of booking another convenient date. Despite repeated requests, I’ve had no explanation on what the missing part is or whether it is safe for me to use the charger in the interim.

Filled in questionnaire stating preferred installation day of the week, received a confirmation email with installation to take place on a different day. Replied to the email asking for a different date, had no reply for several days, so eventually phoned them to find out what was happening. Arranged a new date. The installer did the job quickly and neatly and was polite but did not follow our request regarding installation or told us why it was not possible to do so. Contacted PodPoint via their preferred method (online). No response for four days (although they say someone would reply within two business days). I then received a very helpful email saying that they were aware they haven't replied to me yet but someone would... soon. Fed up with waiting, called them again a few days later and was told that the matter has been escalated and someone would follow up and contact me. Three days later still no contact.

The actual charging installation was great but when they did the groundworks to get the cable from the meter to the charger they were 6 hours later than we were told.
Bobby (the installer) was extremely professional and made up for the horrendous customer service received trying ot get the Installation sorted in the first place. Hopefully all will work as it should and I won't have to deal with customer service again.
Poor customer service. Contact them and provide them the documents, but no communication and no one to there pick up the phone.
Pod Point is meant to be installing a charger under an agreement with Jaguar. I was informed it must be installed before the end of March. Since 26th February, I have called three times and been assured each time that Raymond (the Project Manager) would call me back—he hasn’t. I have also emailed four times and only received one reply, which hasn’t moved things forward. This delay is unacceptable. I need someone to take action now and ensure this installation happens before the deadline.

Mar 08,2025New to Podpoint, had a charger installed prior to the EV arriving. The installer rushed to the job, left some of his tools behind, didn't even help set up the charger via their app and disappeared! When we went to charge the car, the charger was not working. Went through trouble shooting and then contacted the technical help center via the website - no response. Telephoned the next day and held on for an hour, despite being number 1 in the queue, call was not answered. Called again the next day and after a 45 minute hold, a helpful customer services operator went through troubleshooting with me but assessed the fault needed further technical support, so he referred the issue to them. I was told they would contact me within 48 hours, but 3 days later, despite contacting Podpoint again through their web support, email and telephone, cannot get hold of anyone. The website says 24/7 support with friendly customer service but when I called, their office was closed over the weekend! Terrible experience so far, shocking technical support and customer service.
