HORRIBLE! AVOID. Absolutely abysmal. They almost never scan the mail. They take crinkled up, blurry, sideways photographs. I have had to fight with them to get my mail scanned properly for over a year now, constantly. So sick of it. I have a lot of gov and vendor accounts linked to it and is a huge hassle to change addresses. When I contact them they try to blame the employees at the location, as if it is not THEIR responsibility to ensure the mail gets scanned right. INFURIATING. Every time it starts getting scanned right it reverts again within a month to illegible crumpled photos of your mail. ALSO, I've received other people's financial information several times in my inbox!! This is a HUGE breach of fiduciary responsibility. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Basically amounts to a scam.

My notary information was rejected the first time however someone from PostScan Mail was able to schedule me a virtual notary which saved me time and the information was correct!

I'm surprised by the good reviews because my experience with the Los Angeles location was disappointing. In the year I was with them, they said I received less than 10 pieces of mail. Confirmed mail that was sent to me never showed as received on their website. In addition, I did not receive email notifications when mail was received, leading to additional storage charges on occasion. I contacted the company on several times regarding these issues and got nowhere. I am switching to a different company - what a hassle!

The mail hasn't been scanned for a week. When I called, I was informed that my letter, an important financial document, has been lost. **December 31:** Editing this review after receiving their reply here: They never called me back for a follow-up, as the office manager had promised, nor did they email me regarding the concern I officially shared with them. Instead, they simply removed my mail from their website, making it appear as though it was never received or existed, and responded to this review purely to protect their public image—not to genuinely follow up or address the issue. **PostScanMail:** I have requested an explanation of what happened. What measures have you taken to ensure this never happens again? What security protocols are in place? When I spoke with your office manager on December 30, she had no clue what happened to that mail. As I mentioned in my email, I need a clear explanation of what happened. You should be able to track this if you have security cameras in the building. For any leak of my financial information related to that mail, I will hold your company fully accountable.

Terrible company. I’ve been with this company for a while now. The more I’m with them, the more I realize all they care about is money. Everything is about money to them. They charge you to pick up, they charge you per pound daily. I requested a parcel to be sent to me, it didn’t move for weeks. I had to contact them just for them to let me know there was an issue with the shipment. The customer service sucks. Canceling once I pick up my packages. Do not use.
