I have several businesses I'm starting & needed one central address for mail. Denise explained what I needed to do & answered every question I had quickly, kindly and efficiently. Then, when I had more questions, Josie on the chat system went above and beyond to answer those questions. Their overall pre-sale support was just WOW and solidified my opinion of the business. Signup was super easy. They made the process painless. I've searched all over and spoken to many sales & support reps in my quest to find a virtual office business address. I love the service, as it simplifies my tasks, I can receive postal mail while in another country, the platform is intuitive and state-of-the-art, without a doubt it is excellent.
PostScan Mail is a very great option for a virtual mailbox which also has physical locations. Please read all the terms, conditions and fees before signing up because the price for signup is different from the monthly price. I made the mistake of not completing reading everything. I did contact customer service via email and Denise was awesome. She did explain what the extra fees were for and also helped resolve my issue professionally. I definitely recommend PostScan Mail if you have a business and need a physical address or if you are an individual who needs a physical address for mail and packages without using your actual home address.

I just signed up so no day to day experience yet. I'll update if necessary. Seems to offer the best price for the services offered. Taking away a star for the horrible online Notary Services they offer to complete the required USPS Form 1583. There are two online notary services offered that come with a $20 charge. I tried both. The first I tried simply didn't work. Wasted a lot of effort try to scan and photograph ID's before I quit. The second choice (NotaryLive - Separately reviewed here on Trustpilot) eventually finished notarizing the form and forwarded it to PostScanMail. During the process you have to deal with a buggy user interface causing presentation issues. In hindsight, I should have driven 5 minutes to a local notary for this simple task. My form is filed. Two more to go which will be done manually. When I completed and printed the form online for print, I discovered you have the option to go to the location with your ID to present the USPS form. No notary required. No fee. They are near my home so that's how I'll handle the next two.
I recevied a quick response that got straight to the point and gave me exactly what I was looking for. That's the type of customer service people look for, great job.
