Nasir has work on my cases before, and again, he hasn't failed on his robust work. he has followed the case from the beginning till the end, and made sure he had all the necessary information before making any decision and advising me. We were able to get all the requested information before finalising the transactions. Highly recommended!

Complained about the horrific service received 2 months ago and have been entirely ignored. See previous review on how badly the situation with my house sale was handled. Put in a formal complaint, have been fully ignored, forwarded to their information email and again, being ignored. Shouldn't be in business, will be reporting.

Caitlin was quick to respond when asked questions, and sending documents. As a first time buyer everything was daunting but she made the experience easier for me and did the necessary investigations. Having access to the documents electronically was helpful because I could see the timeline and track progress. The cost was reasonable compared with others and she pushed hard for the completion to be on time. However I found the Armalytix app for checking funds difficult to use. If it could be improved to show where the error is.

Emily Flatley was great in handling the recent sale and purchase of our home(s). She was courteous, fair, honest and friendly, taking the time to really explain anything that we asked of her. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the opaque nature of additional costs that were added throughout the process, particularly where these could have been included upfront e.g. a fee for using the eway system to keep track of the sale/purchase.

We had been making progress, we struggled to get our conveyancer on the phone - always went straight to voicemail, but our sale was ready to go and we were down to our last remaining queries on the purchase. When via an email at 8pm last week we were told they couldn't act for us any longer as part of the property we were buying included some agricultural land. Never mentioning this was an issue, it's been an outstanding query to get this clarified the whole time - never flagging this would result in them not being able to act for us. We have not managed to get our conveyancer on the phone since. We realise they've been very busy with the change to stamp duty generally, but we managed to get a new solicitor appointed on Tuesday 1 April. We were promised yesterday our file would be shared with our new solicitor, after two phone messages left and various emails sent. The searches were sent out over yesterday but nothing else, I was expecting all of the factual elements of our case (fixtures & fittings, responses to queries, etc). I've now left messages and emails today and not had a response. Our buyer is looking at other houses and our chain is about to fall apart. I am disappointed they are now failing to deliver twice. As someone else has said, I'd avoid and use a local solicitor who can get in touch with and there is someone else around if you can't get hold of them. Update: 4 April 2025. The amount of stress being caused by these conveyancers is immense. Our file has still not been shared in full with our new solicitors - their customer care is unacceptable, I struggle to contact anyone there and they are not interested in helping me resolve this situation.

Moving home is always stressful and the legal part seems so complicated. PPL's service with the on-line portal to see, read and upload documents made the whole process simple and felt like you were 'in control' of the this. Also being able to simply contact the conveyancers was reassuring and dealing with Suki and Sharon was lovely. I have already recommended the service to others.
