Lindsey at Premier Property Lawyers was great and very friendly. Lindsey was very professional and all questions I had were responded to in a timely manner and the work was completed quicker than I expected. I would highly recommend Premier Property Lawyers, and if you get Lindsey as your solicitor you'll be in good hands!
The service (as a seller) has been superb, the dashboard works really well for tracking all the documentation, only one envelope needed posting for signed contracts throughout the whole process. The team kept in contact and dealt with estate agents and buyer solicitors seamlessly.
The process was smooth and clear from start to finish, tasks were completed quickly and efficiently, there was great communication and service from our solicitor (Kay). Would definitely recommend and use this company in future.
Our experience with Premier Property Lawyers was excellent. Really responsive and helpful. The use of eWay also made the whole process easy
Very good communication and support.
Premium Property Lawyers have been a very good Conveyancing service to work with. By far the greatest reason for my favourable experience has been working with the assigned conveyancer, Emily Flatley. It has been a pleasure to interact with a thoroughly professional and competent person. I have found the whole process quite difficult due to factors nothing to do with the company. Emily has guided my every step with patience, humour and quiet authority in whom I had great faith. Any worries I had were very competently dealt with together with sufficient and full explanation. The whole process has been internet driven but felt as personal as a face to face process would have been, if not better. I have been completely satisfied with my experience of dealing with this firm.
Shaf was a delight to engage with, and having all the documents online, including ones from wheh we bought the house, made the process very easy and completed ahead of time, in the very busy SDLT change deadline period ---well done all round!
Can’t really fault them, we had Laura O’Neill assigned to our move and she has been fab from start to finish, answered any questions we had and pushed the move along the whole way Thanks Again! Bradley & Charlotte
Easy to contact and good to be able to deal online. Kay good to advise any complicated queries.
Truly the worst experience imaginable. Like throwing money into a vacuum with no communication, no understanding, no empathy, no hustle, no need to compete for your business and endless delay, confusion and complexity.
Always kept up to date with information on purchase also if needed a quick phone call .
Following on from my review 8th March 2025 still no response to my review or complaint. On a positive note I have exchanged but due to the process taking over 10 months the house we planned to move to have delayed completion due to the house they are buyings seller dying and it now going to probate so currently homeless until 2nd May 2025 and have to pay extra stamp duty. Complete shit show and I blame PPL for causing this as they were soooooo slow.
I would have given it a five star review my conveyancer shaf was excellent however contacting the company to speak to did prove somewhat difficult at times however I appreciate that given the circumstances of change in tax it was an exceptionally busy time for the company
Failed to return phone calls a couple of times in February. Had to ask for the Declaration & Agreement Form to be sent via post on a number of occasions. I struggled with dealing with Mitek, who sat on signing off the ID check, on what was a trivial point. They could have called me and told me what was needed and it would have been sorted immeadiately. I received no assistance from solicitor in this regard. Sent death certificate for 1 person and was then later on asked to send a death certificate for another person. double postage costs incurred, they could have been sent together, if I had been asked. Totally unneccesary. My understanding was that during the process solicitor sat on buyer enquiries for a week (25 Feb), before sending to me for comment (4 march). I felt that I was the one who had to keep chasing up on things...I felt like I was doing all the work. I spoke to the solicitor once during the whole process. I spoke to the conveyancing manager on a number of occasions and she was very helpful. I guess I shouldn't be surprised by the service. All solicitors are the same. Expensive for the service they provide. I would never use PPL again.
Lindsey communicated effectively with me throughout. She showed understanding of my circumstances and offered straight forward advice in a timely way. Thank you.
Really pleased with the service. Clear, efficient and responsive. Made the whole process smooth and stress-free - would definitely recommend
I was pleased that my sale could be handled remotely. My sale was complicated and long drawn out, but Premier Property Lawyers were responsive to my communications, and pro-active in the handling of the sale. I was initially wary of not using a local company, but this proved to unfounded - I was assigned a single contact and during the entire process I only had to deal with the single contact. They did a great job, and their online app was relatively easy to use. A big thank you to Krishna - the solicitor who handled my case throughout - who acted with great professionalism and thoroughness.
Strongly recommend service of PPL.
This is the second time we have used Premier Property Lawyers to sell a property. The experience was very good and the sale completed ahead of schedule.

Mar 31,2025Chaos from the start wrong names on documents and mobiles wrong way round for the app codes, our buyers and sellers all used the same and had the same issues. Their financial due diligence takes forever and forget about being informed or getting a call. Missed the stamp duty deadline as they sent our buyers forms to a misspelt email address. My advice stay local and face to face. this e based faceless machine doesn't work.
