Mar 12,2025The eway system is a great way of seeing the status of any property sale and looking back over information, but I admit that I miss the phone calls and 121 contact! We had a good service from Paula and our sale completed as needed with a lot of enquiries handled.

Mar 12,2025Funda has been incredible and a testament to the company. She has truly gone above and beyond to get my sale completed in an insanely short turn around due to my buyers deadlines. I didn’t think the offer would be achievable, and almost didn’t accept given the time it takes for leasehold property’s to go through and especially over the Christmas period. Never the less Funda assured me she would do her best to make it happen and persevered. Against all odds I have now completed exactly on the deadline! Hands down the best experience I have ever had with conveyancers!! Funda has been prompt to respond to everything and had fantastic communication throughout. Due to the very short deadline, Funda had a lot to contend with (very stressed out stakeholders) and was professional in her handling of them always. She also always made time to answer and support any questions I had and explained everything, updating me regularly as things progressed and chasing regularly to keep the momentum going! Whilst I haven’t found my next home just yet, I will without a doubt be returning to this company and specifically to work with Funda on my next purchase! Her hard work has truly changed my life for the better with enabling the sale of my flat to go through and I look forward to working with her again in the future! Mar 11,2025Absolutely brilliant service. I had a Transfer of Equity which I required conveyancing for. Daryl Wyatt was amazing. He was so efficient and acted swiftly to ensure the dealines were met. I even recommended them to a family member who also used their services for their transfer. I will definately use Premier when I next need conveyancing services. Unfortuantely Daryl only works in Transfer of Equities, else I would be going straight back to him in the future!. Their fees were fair and reasonable and they kept me up to date for any additional charges. They are good value for money and I had researched 5 different conveyancers for the services I needed and chose Premier based on price and their customer ratings.

Mar 11,2025Incredibly slow to respond, unable to contact by phone (I tried over 20 times but have never got through to my solicitor). Delays in email response. Emails from me were missed or parts ignored. Full of spelling errors in emails. I strongly recommend to go with another solicitor. A large number of positive reviews must be fake, or maybe I just got unlucky. This has caused a lot of stress for me and left me homeless and feeling hopeless.
