Only minor things were identified which is great, however he was thorough, friendly, explained everything clearly and was very helpful and supportive when answering all questions I had. Dec 27,2024Premier Snag really did a great job for their work. Their inspector confirmed the appointment again the day before and arrived more than punctual on the inspection day. The inspector was polite, friendly, knowledgable and professional. He explained clearly before his work and then did his work patiently and carefully. The snagging report was written in great details, formatted properly, with all issues illustrated with photos and labels. Just like my friend recommended Premier Snag to me, I will not hesitate to highly recommend Premier Snag based on my own experience, too.

Dec 22,2024Booking is really easy via website and they reconfirm it prior to appointment.The snag review is really comprehensive and likely I will not notice it unless someone point it out. There is a few snag was missed ( but nothing major) . Report received the next day. Price is one of the competitive one that I can find. definitely will recommend to others

It makes things stress free knowing that we have the seal of approval and a comprehensive easy to follow list for us and the housing developer.
