Nov 11,2024We recently had Matthew come and do our new build snagging inspection. He was incredibly diligent, kept me continually informed & demonstrated the appropriate tolerance/regulation/standard the snags related to. Matthew did a detailed summary with me once the inspection was complete & offered his experience in what to expect in resolving the snags. The report was shared the morning after the inspection & allowed us to pass it straight to the developer who has already begun actioning remedial work. We would (and already have) recommend Premier Snag!

He was very professional and took the time to explain and keep us up-to-date with his findings. He was very diligent and knowledgeable which was reassuring when buying a new build. The snagging report was very comprehensive and shared within 24 hours.

Nov 09,2024We booked an appointment with Brian, to snag our new home. Brian was incredibly polite, very professional, worked around us for the duration of the appointment, nothing was too much trouble. I have never experienced such courtesy… Brian brought his own slippers, this is such a small touch, but it made a massive difference to our whole experience. This is when you know someone has care and pride for someone’s home. The report was thorough, every aspect of the property was inspected. Brian has a vast array of experience and knowledge within construction of new build properties. I was very impressed with the clarity and structure of the report documentation, this was clear and precise, easy to pass over to the construction company. Premier snag, has excellent reviews for a reason, they’re a genuine company, with knowledge employees. I cannot thank Brian enough, I am very pleased with the service, excellent.

Nov 09,2024Brian came last week and did a fantastic snagging survey. He was courteous and extremely professional, obviously an expert in his field of work. He produced a multi-page report that identified so many faults in our brand new house build that we could never have spotted, some more serious and some minor, but they were all comprehensively gathered, with photos and descriptions of each fault, and sent to us super fast. He took his time and was thorough. This snagging report puts us in a stronger position to ask the builders to repair them. Well worth the money paid. Nov 02,2024After a swift response via email with Mark and a telephone conversation, he arranged to come over and investigate where an awful smell was coming from in one of the bedrooms. After having someone come out previously from another company and being no help at all - they even claimed the smell was coming from a candle; Mark was so helpful and found the issue in seconds. It’s been driving me crazy, so it’s such a relief to find out that the smell was actually coming from a leak in the radiator pipe where the valve is, that was leaking under the floorboards. I can finally get it fixed now. Thank you so much; it’s nice to know there are decent people out there. Lynn, Andy & Nicola

Nov 01,2024Booked our new build snagging service with Premier Snag. Matthew Blake from their team was amazing with his inspections and explained the entire snagging process to us (along with official guidelines that they follow). Matthew covered all the aspects of our house right from the exteriors defects to minor interior defects. He also provided us drone images of house roofing as well as thermal imaging that helped us to identify some cold spots. Overall I am really please with the service I paid for. Would easily recommend them for snagging service.

Oct 31,2024Highly, highly recommend premier snag. Brian was a lovely chap who came to do the report on our brand new home. He was meticulous from the tip of the roof to the bottom of the drains! While nothing serious was found he spotted so many things what we never would! The incredibly detailed report we sent straight to the builder and they are fixing everything on the list. This has saved us so much time and money. If you are moving into a new build it’s a no brainer. Thanks Brian and Premier Snag 👍

Oct 30,2024Very in depth report. Brian did not rush his inspection and spotted quite a few items that we initially missed. He was also happy to explain to us what counts a snag and what doesn't. Booking a slot with Premier Snag was easy and the report was returned within a day. A snagging report is a must for a new build property and I couldn't recommend Premier Snag enough

He was very thorough with the inspection of our new home and the snag list report he provided was comprehensive. I also appreciate that he was so helpful with my questions about what to pursue the developers for. David found issues that I never would have even known to look for or noticed. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the future (in fact we already have recommended him to a neighbour!) Thanks David!
