Nov 25,2021Really excellent service from Mark and Jonathan. Everything was really easy to book and the report was generated really quickly. The report was very thorough and professional and picked up things we wouldn’t have otherwise noticed ourselves. We were pleased to have no major issues identified - well worth the money for the peace of mind that there are no major issues with the house.

Nov 16,2021Would I recommend a professional snagging survey be carried out on a new build? YES! Moved into a new house on 13/11/21 and spotted about 15-20 obvious snagging issues myself. However, once Mark had inspected the property, his report identified 129 issues (most of which were cosmetic), but included many issues I wouldn’t have even thought about. Very professional service, definitely worth the price. Highly recommend!

Oct 07,2021Fantastic company! They help us to survey our house in a very short notice. The report is very detailed with photos so problems are easier spotted. They're also sending me a hard copy which I can then discuss it with the site manager. Very happy with my experience with this company and definitely will recommend to my friend and family. Only thing is the location fee was not mentioned but I am happy to pay of course. Just pleased that the new house us ready to move in, no major issues, great peace of mind!

This is a very big factor in me choosing Premier Snag. I am very grateful and thankful to Mark for managing to make my snagging survey possible in very short notice so that it was done before completion. The survey it self was very thorough and concise, extremely clear and precise. I gave Mark a call the following day, just to have a chat and to discuss his views and findings. I am very happy and pleased that I chose Premier Snag and I do highly recommend their services. On the day, Mark called me to give an overview of his findings and then an incredibly detailed full report later the same day. This has been extremely useful in moving forward with our developers. Jun 22,2021I am currently going through the process of purchasing a new build and based on the high rated reviews for Premier Snag, I decided to use this company for my property snagging survey. I received communication first thing early morning on the day of the survey and was given updates on the progress when they first arrived at the property. At the end of the day, I received a phone call to discuss the findings and the report was sent over to me on the same day. A thorough review was performed by Mark and honest feedback of the findings were explained. Support has also been offered for any future questions which may arise and I was made to feel comfortable to be able to give Mark a call for any support which I may need in order to address the snags found! I cannot recommend Premier Snag enough - a quick and efficient survey process whilst also being thorough in the inspection performed. All issues clearly defined in a written report which can be sent to my solicitor/property seller. Thanks for making my first ever snagging survey a smooth process!

Jun 18,2021I used Premier Snag for the first time to do some snagging on a 3 bedroom property. The gentleman (i forgot to take his name) kindly gave me a call during the Snag to give an update on how it was going. The report was completed on the same day which was indepth with pictures included as proof. I would highly recommend Premier Snag and will be using them in the future.

May 24,2021The snagging surveyor, Simon, is very helpful and detail and careful. Issues are properly identified and resolutions are also recommended. He is trustworthy and responsive, accommodating despite the schedule changes, particularly last-minute change due to mistakes of the property agent. I am very satisfied with Premium Snag's and Simon's work. Highly recommended.

Mar 08,2021Such a great company I would recommend them to anyone. We were looking for a report to be done quite last minute and I booked online and they followed up with us really quickly. They drove quite a distance to do the report for us and arrived on time at the flat and called on arrival to talk through things with me. The surveyor that did the report for us was really understanding of certain issues and a real joy to deal with. The snagging report was completed on the evening of the inspection, detailing the issues that needed looking at and photos for each issue. Highly recommended - thanks for your help.

Spent around 4 hours at the property and picked up on lots of things we missed both cosmetic and also things you need trade or regulatory knowledge to find. Report was sent over same day and was very clear. Would recommend to anyone getting a new build property regardless of developer.
