Jul 04,2022Great experience , after seeing horror stories regarding new build properties we were set on getting a professional snagger to come and check it all over. we got our report on the same day and the developer knew exactly what to do with it and is acting on it already. really pleased with the service, would recommend to anybody.

The report allowed me to walk around with my site manager and point out things I would never have spotted on my own. Recommended for any new build buyers as this is a crucial part of the process.

May 27,2022The booking process and communication from premier snag was very good. Snagging was conducted by Brian and the attention to minor details in the report is impressive. There are a few larger issues that were not noted (such as balcony doors hung unevenly allowing a substantial air flow on one side) that were not noted, which I was very surprised by. Glad that I have noticed this, but had hoped that the snag report would catch anything substantial that I had missed. Update 19/07/22: After seeing this review, Premier snag offered to do a repeat snagging free of charge. The missing items were noted with a comment that they were surprised that they had been missed in the first one. I am more satisfied with the service now and have given them an extra star. I would still recommend PremierSnag but advise that anyone using them be vigilant in case such oversights occur.

From first messaging Premier Snag, to the aftercare, the whole process has been so easy and the customer service has been brilliant. We were sent the report the same day and even received a call a few days after to check everything was ok. 100% recommend!

May 19,2022I've used premier snag on two new properties. one for myself and one for my daughter. Firstly the booking process was seamless. We left a deposit and they confirmed by email and followed up the day before on both bookings. They arrived on time and were very careful and diligent around the house. They didn't get in the way at all and explained things if I wanted to see them. The report was robust and had over 100 findings on the apartment for my daughter. Some of which were dangerous and needed fixing straight away. These are things I would never have found or would have had the patience to write it all up. This service is worth its weight in gold and I would highly recommend to anybody with a new build.

Mar 28,2022I’m so glad I hired Premier Snag for my new build – they found over 150 faults, one of which was a potentially dangerous issue with a gas pipe. They were able to spot things I wouldn’t even have known to look for as well as giving me great advice on things I needed to do when moving into the house. They are all very experienced – Mark is a former site manager for a new build company so he has insights into the process and what could potentially go wrong. He is worth his weight in gold! A very prompt and friendly service. It really takes the stress out of the whole process knowing you have an expert checking over the house, including drone shots and thermal imaging. As a first time buyer this was very reassuring, but I would recommend them to experienced house buyers too as it saves you so much time and avoids problems down the line when it may be too late. So easy to book in – they have weekend slots available – and I received my report in less than 24 hours. It was very detailed and clear, with photos and arrows used to highlight the snags. A truly exceptional service, I can’t recommend them enough.

Mar 17,2022I scheduled a snagging survey for a new-build home and Premier Snag did an amazing job with the service. I received a timely report the day after the survey was completed, and it was clear the team is very experienced; they performed checks for both large items (thermal review, appliances' power) and the every small detail (cracks, scratches, paint marks, etc.) that I would have missed. Certainly well worth it!

Mar 13,2022Highly recommended. Had my house done 12/03/2022. Agent arrived early with professional equipment. Found 171 snags, was completely thorough saw and ad used on things I couldn't see. Went the extra mile helped me work my cooker out and advised on my boiler. The agent had previously worked as a site manager so new exactly what to look for. Very experienced well worth the money and piece of mind.

Jan 05,2022I am new homeowner of a new build. Which is the reason I wanted to have a Snag person visit the property and highlight any issues or horrors from the beginning. Me and my partner are both very pleased we did this, not only to have a qualified 3rd party to check over the property but also to alleviate any worries and fears. The checks carried out by Mark was very thorough. The report is excellent and easy to read along with pictures. Some of the issues you may come across down the line and others you personally never would. The whole process of setting this up with PremierSnag was easy and simple. Can't wait to have them back over to re-check the list once we have been told they have been addressed.

Dec 27,2021I recently used Premier Snag for a new build property. Cannot rate them highly enough. As a first time buyer that knows nothing of houses, the piece of mind gained from having someone with a wealth of experience and expertise look the house over has been fantastic. The service was incredibly professional, easy and detailed (especially impressed with the thermal imaging to test the heating system). I now have a thorough report to go back to the developer with and understand my house much more clearly. Best money I’ve spent in ages.

It's safe to say, they met all expectations in terms of the service provided and the quality of the report and I would gladly choose them again if I'm in need of another snagger. 5 stars is definitely deserved, and thank you very much for your help with our new house!

Dec 04,2021The premier snag website is easy to use and shows exactly how much the snagging costs and what’s included. You can book online which is brilliant if you’re on a tight schedule like we are! The booking was confirmed straight away and on the day John was on time. John took us through the process and was very polite and professional throughout doing so. We found around 15 snags but John found 126! Our builders are absolutely fine with receiving the report as well, currently working through each one. Would really recommend getting a snagging company for a new build, it is peace of mind more than anything. You’d have a survey done on an older property, this is just the same for a new build! Premier snag we’re amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better. 10/10!
