Purchased a royalcraft rattan table and 6 chair set 2 years ago and shortly after one year the rattan began snapping. It has now snapped in so many places it is now longer supporting the glass. A one year warranty for a garden furniture set in excess of £500 is not satisfactory!

I purchased an large Royal-craft rattan dinning set about 2.5 years ago at a cost of around £1300, so I was expecting a quality product. I noticed at the end of last summer two or three of the rattan weave pieces snapping under the glass covered dining table. This year it has got much much worst with many dozens of the weave snapping. It appears to relate to the heat that builds up under the glass on sunny days. Their customer support were not are interested at all, they just stated it was beyond their 12 month warranty, I even suggested I'd buy a new table top from them, and they still did not want to know. I'm very disappointed with their product and even more disappointed with their customer service. My advice; look elsewhere for your rattan furniture.

Appauling quality rattan garden furniture. We bought a full set 2 years ago and stored under waterproof cover over winter but - when we uncovered the set in April - multiple strands if the plastic material have become brittle and snapped making 2 of the 6 pieces totally unusable and they look terrible. Contacted Royalcraft customer services who were totally unhelpful, Total waste of £1300 - AVOID this firm unless you can afford to replace your furniture set every 2 years.

Bought wentworth round table and 6 chairs and corner sofa with adjustable height table in March 19. They delivered with no notice even though we’d asked local dealer to hold delivery till April. Truck driver then drove off drive onto lawn and when contacted they didn’t even apologise. The major problem with the furniture is the black feet leave black marks on the Indian sandstone of the patio! So every time you slide your chair in and out or move the table and get more black marks on the floor. You have to assemble the tables yourself which in the case of the corner sofa table with adjustable height was problematic as the accuracy of the frame was pretty poor so the top would not fit the base unit without a lot of force. Some of the welds were not powder coated and the staples holding rattan ends in place were already rusty. Will have to see how their warranty works if they rust through. Have taken lots of pics but can’t see option to post on this review

I had a problem with the cushions on a cube garden set. Entirely of my making having left them out for the winter as mouse fodder. I contacted Royalcraft, received a rapid response and they put the replacements on their internet shop so that I could purchase them. All received within a week.
