Jul 30,2018I ordered a garden parasol from here. Their website showed the item as being in stock when I ordered it, and payment was taken immediately. However, 3 days later, my payment was refunded, and I received an email to inform me that my order status was changed to refunded. There was no explanation, no apology, just an automated email to inform me the order status had changed. I emailed them to ask why my order was cancelled, and told them I would still like the item, but I didn't receive any response. Very poor experience and customer service, would not use again.

Jul 27,2018Never got my umbrella. After waiting for almost two weeks after my order was placed, they cancelled my order due to not enough stock. I sent two or three emails trying to chase the order before they eventually called me back- (It was a missed call). They then sent an email saying they cancelled the order after trying to reach me several times...(I only received one missed call before my order was cancelled). It was a bit upsetting as I really needed it for a garden party I threw and by that time, it was too late to order from somewhere else. It was supposed to only take 2-5 days to deliver!

Jul 23,2018A good service. Prompt delivery of 2 reclining garden chairs, the Valencia. They are very comfortable and great value. The price direct was better than other suppliers. I’m very happy with the delivery, packaging. I would strongly recommend the company.

Jul 14,2018After purchasing what seemed like a very similar product at the fraction of the price which ended up in disaster and a full refund being issued, I opted to purchase the rattan garden chairs from Royal craft. The quality of the chairs are excellent. Assembly was super easy with a clear guide. The bolts slotted in easily unlike my previous purchase. The chairs are sturdy and look great when assembled. I would like to see a bit better customer service. When contacting the support team for pre sales advice it did take a while to get a response and took multiple times to get clear responses on queries.

Jul 13,2018Ordered a 6 seat table cover received a 4 seat cover. Took a number of attempts to get through on the phone but evtually did and another cover was promptly sent, except it was another 4 seat cover. Again tried to get through which isn’t a great experience, was told there must be a labelling issue so will send correct cover. Waited 2 weeks and nothing, so phoned again and they had forgot. Eventual correct cover sent. Had the first cover been correct I probably wouldn’t have rated poor but follow up response were not adequate.

Jun 26,2018The table top (rattan) expands in the heat and droops looking unsightly, this is the second table I have purchased from royal craft and the most recent version is sub standard compared to the first one in terms of construction and quality of rattan. When I called the customer services department, I was advised that I need to put cold water on the rattan to make it contract!!

Oct 17,2018Although it’s a good fit for the table, and even though it has ropes at the base to tighten, we have found it is getting blown off. It is quite light and perhaps this is the reason. Although it has been windy, we will give it another try.
