Arranged for item to be returned for refund, didn't arrive to collect item when arranged and nobody had the decency to phone us to let us know, wasted an entire day waiting in from 7am until 7pm

Mar 04,2025Awful customer service. I paid for next day delivery, 3 days later and product still not arrived and cannot get a response from anyone at this company. No phone number to call and no response on the live chat. UPDATE - the item finally arrived, but it is badly damaged and unusable. It was clearly damaged before being packaged as the packaging is showing no signs of damage and the cracked door piece is missing meaning it wasn’t broken while in the box. Unbelievably inconvenient - I will now have to chase a refund and return this, and will incur further costs as my electrician will have to be called out on another day to finish this job and I also cannot finish my kitchen install without this fridge so the kitchen fitter will also need to revisit. Avoid this company at all costs - I should of listened to the many other reviews on how poor it is.

We contacted customer service and spoke with Finley who was able to resolve the issue to our satisfaction, and was polite and professional. Cannot fault the efficiency with which our issue was dealt with. We got through straight away and communication was very good. We received our refund quickly too. Would recommend.

Feb 26,2025Has previously put on last review never had a problem with ship it appliances until my last order of which I had 2 out of 3 items come damaged and Lewis from ship it got in touch with me to sort my problem out and they did get me replacements out asap which have now been sorted so well done ship it and to be fait ship it weren’t at fault with how the items landed damaged that was down to the bad handling by the courier which all seems to be sorted , again thankyou Lewis
