I ordered a fridge on Sunday night around 10pm delivery expected Wednesday which I thought was excellent it arrived on Tuesday which was amazing The fridge itself looks amazing well packaged with clear unpacking instructions on the box Will definitely use again and would recommend this company wholeheartedly

Well AWFUL doesn't cover it.I had new fridge delivered bought from Debenhams which looked like it had been dropped on its top.Both corners were really bent over, and the back panel buckled. It is absolutely scrap. I have been trying to get this collected by Debenhams, who now tell me that it was supplied by Ship It, their partner supplier. Its stuck in my hall blocking front doorway and bathroom doorway. I just want it out of the way, and will never use either Debenhams or Ship It again. I thought I was using a reputable company. Couldn't be worse.
Item came damaged contacted through customer support, got no response so had to call now waiting for item to be collected and replaced
I received a faulty integrated fridge freezer. It's been making an awful noose from the moment I got it. I am convinced they've actually send me an second hand fridge that's been faulty. Having rented and owned my own homes over the years, fridges do sometimes make small noise but this is beyond normal. The engineer who attended agreed and they tell me there's no fault. I have various videos and raided this immediately. Having read reviews I have come to realise I am not the only one. Unfortunately, I am not one to let things go so I will be escalating to amazon, and any other institution of your trading practises, and if need be take you to small claims court.
Item was as described and arrived quickly however I would not buy a glass hob again as cleaning it is a nightmare, smeary no matter how I clean it but it does look good but never glass again.

I ordered a composite sink and I received a hard plastic sink. Was not as described. Would definitely think twice about using this company again. They then told me I would have to get it shipped back myself
I want to stress that after two days waiting, on days that I have to cancel other commitments, no delivery has yet arrived. I await now, on the 3rd day. The reason? The Parcelforce courier failed to locate my address, twice. No card was left, therefore no attempt at delivery was actually made (admitted as much by Parcelforce on the phone). As the reply below suggests, I have been contacted by Shipping Appliances Customer Care in order to resolve the situation (yesterday). The situation remains the same-another fruitless day. Delivery meant to be on Tuesday. It's now Friday! Many excuses but STILL no item delivered. In the end the assistant requested that I remove this unfavourable review and I said that I would if the item were to be delivered yesterday. It was not; the reason being that you cannot control the poor service of your 'dealing hand' Parcelforce. I ask you this; if I employ or choose to use a courier to deliver my goods, does that in any way represent the service that I offer? Can you replenish the loss of work-time that I and my partner have suffered? We await you response during yet another day of waiting for an item we purchased from your company that seems to relinquish any customer support for failed deliveries as you believe that it is ultimately not your responsibility. Quite wrong!
Ordered a dishwasher the afternoon and delivered the following morning. Great service and great prices. Would definitely purchase from this company again.
Update: Ship it Appliances have been in touch and we have come to an agreement. They offered me a new replacement sink or a part refund which I am very satisfied with. So I thought I needed to up my stars on this review. Couldn’t be 5 as there was a problem but 4 stars reflect the generous offer from the company. Bought the SE10BLHOMESK | Astracast Sierra 1.0 Bowl Reversible Black Kitchen Sink With Basket Waste Kit. The sink is installed but it’s very flimsy and it wasn’t level in the worktop. I didn’t realise it was a thin plastic sink, which is why it’s not level. My plumber did his best to make it level with sealant. Unfortunately I couldn’t send it back as the kitchen was getting finished today and I would have had to pay a lot more for the plumber to come back at a later date.
Very fast delivery, great price and courier was very polite and even placed the fridge in the garage as requested.
Boringly faultless! They only thing I would remark on is the protective packaging seemed quite flimsy and only just made it through. My item was undamaged though.
