Mar 14,2025I ordered a freezer to be delivered to my daughter's address on the other side of the country. As she works full time, I paid £9.99 extra for a Saturday delivery, to ensure she would be in. However, Parcelforce decided to deliver to a different address on the Wednesday, and left a cryptic text message as to where the delivery had been made. All credit to Ship-It for refunding my £9.99, and the girl on the phone was very polite, and very helpful. But that didn't alter the fact that my daughter then had to find her freezer, knock on a complete stranger's door (she's only 21), and get a freezer up 3 flights of stairs to her top flat. Ship-It should really review the cost and efficiency of the service they receive from Parcelforce, as my issue doesn't seem to be the only one raised here!

Mar 13,2025Amazing products and great customer service. I bought a 4 in 1 tap in 2022 which started leaking. When contacted customer service, after over 2 years, they sent a replacement part right away with the necessary instructions. Very pleased with experience and highly recommend them.

Mar 13,2025I ordered a cooker hood that was on offer, all went well till parcel force delivered to wrong address. spoke with parcel force who said they would sort it. A week later no contact from PF and no cooker hood so I rang Ship It at 3pm, I got to speak to a real person immediately who was very helpful. The next morning at 9 am a replacement cooker hood arrived on my doorstep. I can't recommend ship it enough for a very quick and easy resolution to my problem despite them not being at fault for the miss delivery. thank you. If only all customer service was this good. (it took me over 30 min to speak to a real person at parcel force)

Mar 12,2025Ordered slim freezer which is up and working so far after 4 days . Issue with delivery though which needs to be looked at. Did not arrive on wednesday 5/3/25 as meant to so I wasted my day waiting in. Rang up SIA and I was informed there was delay for Wednesday delivery but I was not informed until I rang up. They had to re order the freezer again for some reason. Requested delivery reschedule for Friday 7/3/25 as I was going to be out Thursday but delivery people still turned up on Thursday! Eventually delivered on Friday. SIA agents professional at all time.

Communication with the company is superb they are very good and sort out your problems immediately.this is the second item I have had from them and I can assure you it won't be my last .100%

Mar 07,2025Just received the 12kg washing machine. Excellent service from the order to delivery. That’s 6 items we’ve purchased in the last 6 months and all very good. The only criticism for the washer is that the cold feed hose and waste pipe are far too short but hardly a catastrophe. Perhaps you should look at this for future.

Mar 07,2025The speed of delivery and communication from the company is excellent - However the small chest freezer that was delivered was badly damaged around the corner near to the control panel area; We were totally caught out by this as the packaging did not show any signs of damage other than the bottom of box totally came away from the freezer when it was lifted by myself and my wife - the parcel was delivered by one person despite saying a two person lift on box. Luckily, when switched on, the freezer was working so I was able to put frozen goods in that had been delivered earlier. Having a working freezer was more important than the cosmetics so I havn't been bothered to send back - shame really.

I must single out Andy in customer service who went above & beyond to ensure my order was processed at the best price & delivered perfectly.
