The phone works as specified but I would expect that the vendor should give us a tracking number to track the delivery status. I have to email support to get the tracking number.

I bought a Xiaomi 14 ultra phone and camera kit in early Jan '25 and advised Spectronic of a camera kit fault the same week I received it. I've reached out to them three times now to rectify the issue. SILENCE. Not a word. No response to any of my emails. Off to Consumer Affairs I go! What a hassle.

Avoid at all costs. You have been warned. A scam drop ship company that sells goods that may or may not work properly in Australia. They will fail to answer you after the purchase is made. Will never buy from again and should be shut down.
Failed to even acknowledge the order at first then an eventual late delivery.
I bought honor v3 magic. The phone arrived in about 2 weeks. I was not sure if it was compatible in AU as it was a global model although it said on the site it was. I am using Boost sim and it is working. At times i felt like signals are not that great, and some calls not ringing through but I have not tested it enough to be 100% sure. The phone itself came with a 66W charger and a phone cover, although the charger is a foreign plug charger but charges the phone pretty quick. It also came with a beautiful cover, so saved me money on that too. This phone had brilliant oversees reviews and at the moment I am liking it. The front screen is almost a full size phone screen. Updated review on 10/02/2025 People who are concerned about what they are getting into with V3 magic should watch a review from MrWhoseTheBoss on YouTube. He does brilliant reviews of all the mobiles. I have not had a bad experience with Spectronic but again I did not had to contact the customer service, however when ordering the phone, these guys were really quick via online chat. Battery life is amazing, with moderate use the battery last 2 days, it has been sometime since I had the phone whose battery last more than a day. I have used samsung, Oppo, Nokia (in the past). I do have one issue with the phone, as I mentioned earlier that some call are not getting through on first attempt, I think this is one issue which I need to figure out. However, I do get notification straight away that I missed a call. Not sure what is the problem here, maybe I need to look into the chat GPT AI the phone has.

SupportBeware customer support does not answer and as such Spectronic does not honour warranties. Battery on my Xiaomi died after 10 months and after multiple attempts in contacting, I never heard back.…
I dislike that they forgot to dispatch my order altogether until i chatted them on their live chat. Texted on whatsapp a million times yet no one answered. I like that they urgently shipped my order the day i finally got a reply from their cs.
I have recently bought the Honor Magic6 pro from Spectronic Australia. I was a bit worried the phone wouldn't work in Australia, but customer service was really diligent in answering all my questions about it. After I purchased it (at the best possible price), and throughout the process, it was really easy to track. Phone arrived on expected date and works perfectly. I'll definitely go back to them when the time comes to buy a new one. Some reviews I read made me a bit wary, but the shopping experience was fantastic! Definitely recommended!!!!
Fair play to these folks, I bought a new Xiaomi 14 Ultra at a great price, with the photography kit. After a few months, the photography kit handle stopping working and kept saying it needed an update which then always failed. It took a wee while to get a response from the Spectronic team, but after some persistence they got back to me and said that since the photography kit was an additional accessory it didn't have the same warranty as the phone itself. For this reason they offered to simply send me a complete new photography kit, which I gladly accepted and it arrived very promptly. Cannot thank you all enough for the service!
DO NOT TRUST THEIR INVENTORY. They take your order , inform you about delivery time from 5 to 6 days and won't deliver. Today is my 15th day and I haven't received my order. And still they are asking for another 4 to 5 days

Mar 05,2025Ordered the Xiaomi 14t pro 1tb model, got sent the 512gb model noticed when I received it and messaged the seller immediately upon noticing, (phone not taken out of the box turned on or used) replied with a message asking for me to send pictures which I did including the original order and photograph of the box showing incorrect model. They Acknowledged their mistake and said we will get the correct model shipped out as soon as possible and send you an email with new tracking number and instructions on how to return the incorrect model ( which I'm happy to do) still waiting on an update even with numerous messages asking what's going on and a standard response of it will be shipped tomorrow/today/ as soon as possible. Still no communication outside of me messaging them or any attempt to explain what's taking so long. And that I'll be getting the information needed via email. About 6 or so messages acknowledged told it will be sent then chat closed. Emailed with no response. I was offered to take the incorrect model they sent with a cash adjustment but declined due to the phones not having upgradable storage and didn't want to have to keep deleting things just to be able to keep using the phone. The phone was delivered in a decent amount of time but not close to the 4-6 days they claim, which I'll put down to using a sub standard service like team global express. Also tracking was very poor I got a message saying it was landed in Sydney, was there for a few days before sending me an update saying it was out for delivery driver couldn't make it in time and went home I had to wait till the next day which was charted as they tried to deliver it but no one was home so couldn't get a signature but only found out that that meant driver clocked off and went home and I think the phone would still be out for delivery of I didn't ring them and say that I'd taken time off to make sure someone was home but at nearly 4 in the afternoon it arrived. Yet again not the sellers fault but still pretty annoying to be using a service that has an average of 1.2 stars out of thousands of reviews on Google to deliver expensive products. Hopefully I can upgrade this review after they fulfil my order.
