Apr 11,2024Package received in good condition and specs as was posted. The plug is of UK type and they add in an adaptor that doesn't plugin well. The charger is a bit heavy and the adaptor can't hold it in a wall socket. Delivery of the package was beyond 6 days. Though they probably meant 6 business days, then it was delivered at the nick of time. š Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase, the handling, and delivery of my order.

Apr 06,2024I could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere but I ordered from Spectronic because they said 2-4 days delivery (which I paid $37 for). Took 8 days. Not Australian stock. Comes from china. Charger was broken and doesn't work. $2300 phone was not well packaged. One layer of bubble wrap loosely thrown in a large box. Items were moving around in box. No response from Spectronic.

Apr 05,2024I ordered a Oneplus 12 to be delivered to Australia and received it surprisingly in 5-6 days. This is why it I'll give them 5 stars. However, if you want to buy from Spectronic just know it does come from Hong Kong(at least mine did) and thats ok. I do wish they were a bit more transparent with this but it could cut sales and so I understand. Whilst spectronic is less sketch than other websites(due to many positive trustpilot reviews, being around for 3 years, and no reddit drama) it will still feel sketch. I was very relieved when getting my phone, but now that I've ordered from them once successfully I will definitely order from them again for any future phone purchases that I cannot easily get here. Also useful to note is that they will most likely ship via Global Express/DPEX. But yeah i'm happy with my experience. Tldr: - Spectronic feels sketch and I totally understand that. - They will ship most likely from Hong Kong - They will use GE/DPEX - You will most probably(I can't speak for the future) get what you ordered. I just want to make sure you're informed properly if you are thinking of buying from Spectronic. Oh One last thing. Service. They will give you as good of a service as they can. They likely have very few people working but they managed to respond to my emails within a day.

Mar 27,2024I ordered the xiaomi 14 ultra because it isn't sold in Australia. The shipping was done in 1 week which was impressive. It could have come earlier but just some delays with the customs otherwise they were very helpful with their chat sections.

Mar 26,2024Ordered a Realme 4 days ago. It still hasn't shipped despite website stating phone is available. Have emailed - no response. Have used online chat - no response. Have tried to ring - no connection. I'm starting to think this is a scam company. Order cancelled - full refund provided. No communication - no explanation. Website no longer shows item. Extremely disappointing communication.

Mar 21,2024The service, processing, and shipping were very fast. All my questions were answered via chat. However, don't assume that the charger is designed for Australia. The phone comes from Hong Kong, but they do include a power adapter for free, though.
