Jul 10,2024I purchased a Xiaomi Mi14 phone and the entire process was easy. I had a few enquiries regarding specific features of the device and that it would work correctly in Australia without any modifications from the factory settings. Responses were fast and relevant to my queries and gave me confidence in my selected device and this supplier. From placing the order to delivery at my home was five working days which is very acceptable. I found this company to be professional and easy to deal with and will certainly check with them when making future purchases.

Jun 30,2024I recently purchased the OnePlus 12. Which is a great phone. After a lot of research as to where to buy this phone from I ended up choosing Spectronic. I was very nervous as being an online store you can never really be sure. Customer service was good, answered many of my questions prior to purchase. After purchase contact has been a little harder but I have been getting replies. I had the option to specify which charger I would like. The 100w Aussie charger or the Supervooc original UK charger with an AU Adaptor. They assured me the phone would be shipped the following day of purchase. Which it was. I went for the express delivery, I ordered Thursday night and received the phone the following Thursday. As it gets shipped from Hong Kong. (Though they don't state this at time of ordering when asked where it was being sent from) So unsure if going through standard shipping if it would take longer. I haven't had to try and claim any warranty off them so cannot comment on this. Though I hope they do come to the party if needed to. All in all I am happy with Spectronic and would order again through them.

Jun 29,2024Purchased phone stopped working and they refused to help. spectronic stopped replying to advise whether repair , refund or replace. Would suggest you avoid at all cost, better off paying few bucks and buy from a reputable store.
