Jun 14,2024The responsiveness is slow, information on their website is misleading as they advertise orders are shipped within 24 hrs when it's actually shipped after a few days. They also say local stock but is actually shipped from Hong Kong.

Jun 09,2024I recently purchased a Vivo x100 Pro from Spectronic and it was a pleasure dealing with them. I went for the express delivery which was supposed to deliver within 4 business days but since the item was shipped from HK it took about 7 business days to arrive. Live chat and WhatsApp chat are almost available after mid-day to answer any questions. I received my phone along with a complimentary universal power adaptor. The phone was fully sealed in its original condition and works perfectly fine on Boost mobile. Thank you Spectronic for your great communication and fast delivery.
