Aug 16,2024I received my purchase, - which included an item that is damaged. I get no reply from emails to spectronic and the phone number on the website is incorrect. I would not use this service again. Total cost of order $1399, not a small amount to be denied customer service.

Aug 16,2024I am happy with the general service and product,however I paid a $55:00 premium postage fee and the phone took 10 days to be delivered. As it came from Hong Kong I believe the timeline would have been the same on the basic postage.

Aug 14,2024your website said you had it in stock , your checkout page said 2 to 4 days for delivery , standard delivery .normal as i get things delivered from across australia in that time frame , so no need to pay the extra for express delivery , or so i thought , on the 5th day i got onto the tracking to find it has gone through 4 distribution hubs, which tells me its not actually in australia ,i was traveling to china for 7 weeks and needed a new phone , so 9 days later i arrives just as iam leaving for the airport, and now in china i cant set it up from my old XZ premium as google is banned here so instead of being able to use my new phone i have get a new battery and charge port fitted to my old XZ , SO had you been honest about the in stock in HONG KONG not Australia i would have paid the extra $15 for express freight , from HONG KONG , and no i cant write a review as ive not being able to use the phone yet ....
