I purchased a mobile phone from Spectronics on 2 March, opting for DHL Express delivery for a supposed 24-48 hour timeframe. Unfortunately, the phone wasn't dispatched from Hong Kong until 6 March, and didn't arrive until 11 March. Given the delivery timeframe I could have opted for the free delivery option and avoided paying for a service I did not receive. Efforts to reach out to the company via live chat and email proved futile, as they remained unresponsive through those channels, leaving WhatsApp call as the sole means of communication. Despite repeated requests, attempts to secure a refund for the extra cost of Express Delivery were met with silence. The silver lining in this transaction was the quality of the phone itself, which arrived in pristine condition and brand new. However, given the dismal customer service experience, I am left with serious doubts about considering future purchases from this seller.

I ordered Xperia 10 V on the 23rd of February 2024. And expected delivery date is the 4th of March 2024 at the latest. The item was imported from HK and almost arrived in Sydney on the 29th of February, but the delivery service "Team Global Express" (on productreview.com.au many people reviewed it as 1 star negative Coulier) never processed it. Finally, I live in QLD. I could not get my item on time. If I chose additional express delivery, 100% sure I would be facing the same issues. Staff are very untrustful lazy persons. If you want to fail the shopping, I would not recommend shopping here.

I purchased a mobile recently. My issue was to do with communication. I tried to contact Spectronic via email, phone, mobile, WhatsApp without success. For a drop shipping business I would have thought excellent communication would have been a minimum expectation. Mine was not a positive experience but maybe mine was an isolated case??? Edit 13/03/2024. Spectronic reply states they are not drop shippers. They don't hold the stock on hand and it only ships from the manufacturer several days after payment has been made. That seems to be the very essence of drop shipping.

Got the phone in two days! It was a phone that's not available in Australia and I was totally surprised they even had it in the first place let alone deliver it within two days. Price was great, very responsive on WhatsApp chat and tracking was through DHL so all sweet. 110% trust worthy and genuine business that delivered a service above and beyond most.

Tried to cancel on an order that hasn't been shipped. Was told "Sorry. Unable to change status order." This was half a day after i ordered. This is madness. Unflexible business should not be a business at all.

Mar 18,2024I was at home the whole day when my parcel arrived. The dispatcher, however, dropped off my parcel at a depot about 2 km away instead of delivering it to me. I had to walk for 2 + 2 = 4 km to pick up my parcel under hot sun. Why couldn't the dispatcher call me, when he arrived? Just because the gate is locked (of course it is locked!), he just turned around and dropped off the parcel to the nearby depot, and sent me a one-way SMS that basically said, "can't deliver; gate locked; no access. Go pick up your stuff at so-and-so within 7 working days".
