May 15,2024Absolutely rubbish!! Ordered my phone over a week ago supposed to be here last Friday ( it is Wednesday today). Can't get in touch with courier and can't get anyone from Spectronic to help me either!! I requested trhugh the BS chat on their website to do a pick up as I can see my parcel is in Ashmore. They just don't care ! They just want your money and don't care if you don't receive your order. Order number 4266

I placed my order for my new Sony xperia 10v with Spectronic Australia, the purchase process was easy and secure, my phone arrived safely, as described and within the advised time frame,. May 05,2024I was a bit worried about placing the order but in the end I did, I ordered the Xiaomi 14 ultra which they don't sell in my country. All went well from placing the order till the shipping from Hong Kong, where it fell down a little was when it arrived in Sydney Australia, the courier company where not that good,waiting for delivery was painful but I rang the company and arranged to collect it myself, I'm happy now. The communication was great from start to when it was shipped.

May 18,2024Due to 3G about to be shut down I had to buy a new phone with VoLTE, even though my OnePlus6T was still working perfectly. Found the Global version OnePlus12 at Spectronics, I wanted this phone for the amazing cameras. Tracking was a bit off but phone delivered to door in 7 business days which is awesome. It is the Global version and came with a silicon case, glass screen protector, 100W SUPERVOOC fast charger, USBA -USBC cable, SIM tray ejector and a universal adapter. Phone is fantastic, I am very happy with Spectronic Australia service and would definitely buy from again.
